Store sucks no help sorry customer service and the manager should be a regular associate and on top of that they have no equipment.

This is worst customer service I have received since i joined T-mobile. I went on Saturday to get a…read morewarranty phone replacement. I was it shipped overnight and will get my replacement device on Monday. Its Wednesday and the store still claims they don't have the phone even though the UPS tracker confirm delivery since Monday. Besides that, when i went to the store to follow-up on the device, I was told by a customer rep named Derrick to get out of the store. I visited this store a few days before my birthday last month because it was time for an upgrade…read more When I walked in, I waited for about 20 minutes and at this point, I was getting a little ancy. But Ade called me up to the counter and assisted me. I am glad that he did because Ade was patient and professional. Even though he was in the middle of assisting another customer, he managed to help me with my needs and provide stellar service, didn't complain and I was able to take advantage of a promotion for a tablet, router for internet service, and due to no fault of his own, I didn't walk out with my upgrade phone and watch due to an issue with the JUMP program. I was delighted and his colleague Myles was very helpful as well. Previous years I have had issues with this store and I was hesitant about coming in, but Ade and Myles reassured me and I am grateful. Sidenote: I don't like how Tmobile reps tell you how things work on the phone but when you go into the store, there is a different version of how rules and things work. Always ask if the retail store is corporate or franchise. This location is the franchise, therefore their rules differ versus over the phone. I was told incorrect information on the phone but called a few days later, and I could order my smart watch and phone over the phone. Update 7/11/2024: Jordan assisted me completely yesterday and everything that I needed she provided and she was patient WITHOUT an attitude! So many young people do not want to work and give good service but once again, I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you for restoring my faith in retail!
