    Zero Stars. I got scammed by the tall male worker who identifies himself as Pakistani. It was…read moreclearly a scam because when I contacted Metro via 611, they are stating that my charge was $150 paid in cash but my debit card was my only method of payment and he charged $240 onto it!!! Metros offer is 4 FREE phones for $25 monthly phone plan with the CHOICE of insurance and roaming....I came in and was specific about not wanting insurance or anything more than the advertisement for whichever plan i would choose. I originally just needed a phone for myself. I have always had Metro so i know how the company works, this location is attempting to do its own thing and blatantly scams. I was going back and forth with myself on whether to get one phone or to get the 4 phones. He was very "generous" when trying to sway me to get the 4 phones instead of one phone....when he offered free screen protectors and free phone cases if i bought 4 phones, i agreed to the 4 Free phones for $100 not knowing he would scam me. He later blamed low inventory for not having the phone cases and advised me to come back the following week because the truck would arrive and he would honor his promise. He said a few things about the manager too but thats besides the point. I went from only agreeing to paying $100 for the 4 lines that come with $0 activation and 4 FREE phones to having a $240 charge of my debit card. Thank God i did not pay them cash. I would like to speak with the manager/owner about this scam that is so obviously detectable with very little research needed. He added roaming to Mexico and Canada to one of the phones when I've never stepped foot in either country. I live in MD and he gave me DC area code numbers. He wanted me to have a seat far away from him while he "activated my phones" which at this time is when I believe he started the scam. He asked me if I had a husband, which I'm sure was to make sure he could scam me and not have someone come in to expose him. He tried to sell me a speaker and other items which I declined and made it clear that I only came here for the $100 plan and nothing more. The scam he does is activates the phones by ringing up the sale as cash so metropcs will allow the lines to work then he scans something for $240 so the store receives revenue. I asked atleast twice for my receipt, which he lied qnd said was in the bag. It was not in the bag when i got home. I needed the receipt for 3 specific reasons so i was very adamant about having my receipt. One of the reasons was because the receipt would have each individual number so i wouldnt get confused. I have had metro pcs for years and i have had great service from metropcs and never been scammed before. Til today, he won't give me my receipt because he knows it wont match up to the receipt that 611 has. It would expose the fraud and scam hes been doing. I will not rest until this matter is corrected. I have evidence and I am willing to go as far as needed to get this scam reversed.

Contacted tech support and they…read morewere supposed to drop by a modem to replace the one that they said was failing 3 days ago on Saturday so I wouldn't have to wait until after the Monday holiday to get it in the mail. I was told the technician would drop it by. It never came. No contact from them. Call today and was told by robot I would have a 2-hour wait to get through by phone. Frosting on the cake was I got a $30 increase on my bill, after I was told I would get a discount for the lousy modem over the last week. If I haven't had as bad experience experiences with a couple other providers, I would have dropped them long ago.

    This is a horrible company. I should have stayed with Verizon. I just signed up with this company…read morein January and it has been an absolute nightmare. I have not been getting the proper service and a technician has visited twice with no improvement on WIFI. It keeps disconnecting or it freezes. I called to discount my service as of March 13th but was told my service will not be disconnected until the next billing cycle which is April 4. I have never any such thing. I was surprised to see that they charge my account for the bill not is not yet due until March 27th only because I just signed up for auto pay when I made my February payment. I was not forewarned. It is exhausting dealing with this terrible company. The biggest regret of my life. BE WARNED !!!! Please don't do business with this company. The package seems attractive but a total failure and a waste of time. Extremely disappointing!!!!
