I called and explained my issue and the gentleman stated , no problem should be about 100$ on top of the diagnostics fee . I stated no problem with that cost. I get a call a few days later and they state the cost is 149$. I explained what the Manager stated to me and they stated it was untrue. Yes, its only a 50$ difference, however it was the point . I felt like they were trying to get over. So I declined the service. I went to another location of Ubreakitifix franchise in Bowie and had a wonderful experience. And they charged me the correct amount of $100 to fix the issue. The Bowie location had excellent customer service. I have tried to email the owner but the email message was undelivered so I was unable to express my discontent.

Needless to say, once I received my "repaired" phone, the "replacement lens" was entirely a different color and slightly larger than the rest. I attempted to take a picture, and while the lens was repaired, the view was still blurry and the lens was unable to properly adjust its focus. The man who repaired my phone then tried to convince me that issue was indeed corrected, and proceeded to show me that the focus was clear once you place the phone on .5 view versus the default 1x view. I told him that his repair did not properly solve the issue with my phone, and he proceeded to say "Well you didn't ask me about the view. You just wanted the lens repaired" - while this might be true, the problem here is that instead of being a genuine and honest salesman, he proceeded to take my $26.50 non-refundable payment to provide a solution for a problem that he KNEW he couldn't fix. Not to mention, replace the lens with an oversized lens of a completely differently color. Consequently, I asked him to remove the faulty lens from my phone and restore it to the condition it was when I initially brought it in, so that I can proceed with requesting a replacement from the Apple Store. Casing point - if you're looking for a quick fix to your phone, be advised that all of their replacement parts are faulty and will deem your phone out of warranty for future repairs through your authorized retailer. Trust me: this is the second time I've been scammed by these folks (shame on me), and ended up STILL having to visit the Apple Store to pay more so I KNOW. #BEWARE

When I walked up to the door, the door was locked and the sales rep looked hesitant to open the door. I knew what I wanted and I didn't think it was going to take long, but it did. The rep was helping someone when he finally let me in, and I was next. I asked about the Pink Iphone 16. I wanted to pay off the phone I had and buy the pink iphone. Apparently, ATT doesn't let you pay for your iPhone flat out. They require you to finance it. So that's what I did. As he was helping me, he stopped to help 2 other folks who had come in. He had to unlock the door for each of them as well. Someone finally asked why the door was locked and he said "because he was there alone." I feel like they should have 2 people there at all times if that is a true concern for employees. After finishing with the other customers, he returned to me. He complained about iphones about 10 times because for some reason he couldn't get the transfer to start. After pushing a bunch of buttons a bunch of times he decided he had broke the new phone. He then had to return it and sell me a new one. I was charged the taxes, they were returned, and then he rung me up again. In all it felt very rushed and panicked and that caused errors to be made--leading to additional required time.

She took her time to go above and beyond with helping me start service, pick a phone, and transfer my former phone info to my current phone! She also did something I personally appreciated- when it was time for me to enter my social security information and Apple password she turned the computer/device to me and then she turned away until I was done entering my personal information!!! This was a major reason my visit was so much more enjoyable. Jasmine made me feel comfortable and that T-mobile is a trustworthy company with trustworthy and knowledgeable associates. An associate in Verizon failed to show that same privacy just minutes before my visit to T-Mobile, and until Jasmine displayed that awesome token of respect I hadn't even noticed! Great job Jas!
