There was only one sales rep working and he told me it's going to take at least 10 minutes to open up a safe to hand me my phone. She took her time to go above and beyond with helping me start service, pick a phone, and transfer my former phone info to my current phone! She also did something I personally appreciated- when it was time for me to enter my social security information and Apple password she turned the computer/device to me and then she turned away until I was done entering my personal information!!! This was a major reason my visit was so much more enjoyable. Jasmine made me feel comfortable and that T-mobile is a trustworthy company with trustworthy and knowledgeable associates. An associate in Verizon failed to show that same privacy just minutes before my visit to T-Mobile, and until Jasmine displayed that awesome token of respect I hadn't even noticed! Great job Jas!
