There was only one sales rep working and he told me it's going to take at least 10 minutes to open up a safe to hand me my phone. Now I don't know if it's this particular location that sucks or if it's the Capitol Heights area, which is completely dirty ghetto and attracts the wrong crowd that did it, but I completely blame myself for traveling to PG County to pick up a phone. When I walked up to the door, the door was locked and the sales rep looked hesitant to open the door. I knew what I wanted and I didn't think it was going to take long, but it did. The rep was helping someone when he finally let me in, and I was next. I asked about the Pink Iphone 16. I wanted to pay off the phone I had and buy the pink iphone. Apparently, ATT doesn't let you pay for your iPhone flat out. They require you to finance it. So that's what I did. As he was helping me, he stopped to help 2 other folks who had come in. He had to unlock the door for each of them as well. Someone finally asked why the door was locked and he said "because he was there alone." I feel like they should have 2 people there at all times if that is a true concern for employees. After finishing with the other customers, he returned to me. He complained about iphones about 10 times because for some reason he couldn't get the transfer to start. After pushing a bunch of buttons a bunch of times he decided he had broke the new phone. He then had to return it and sell me a new one. I was charged the taxes, they were returned, and then he rung me up again. In all it felt very rushed and panicked and that caused errors to be made--leading to additional required time.
