I called the police and even they tried to reason with them. You could literally see the glue coming undone! They refused to budge, I was advised by the police to take them to small claims court. I had all the evidenceI needed but I just was too busy to make it to court which I guess that's what they count on. Stay away from these guys. I don't really shop for games in-store anymore, I just order them online... but I come here to look at their calendars and their gaming merchandise. Usually there's a video game trailer or some sort of gameplay video showing on the TV in there. And of course you can't have a gaming store without some systems and demos. But I want to mainly focus on two elements, which are the primary reasons I come to the store: First off, their calendars are printed lists on the counter near the register that show what is coming out on each system in the upcoming months. If you have any questions about any of the games, they are more than willing to share what they know about them and give you recommendations in certain genres. Second, the merchandise is quite abundant. Some comic stuff finds its way into the mix too, but you can find plenty of themed socks, wallets, keychains, etc. I have spent more money on that kind of stuff that I should probably admit. Staff who are eager and willing to talk about my favorite topic is never a bad time! It also helps that my friend from high school, Ivan, runs the store, and does a great job of it. I called and explained my issue and the gentleman stated , no problem should be about 100$ on top of the diagnostics fee . I stated no problem with that cost. I get a call a few days later and they state the cost is 149$. I explained what the Manager stated to me and they stated it was untrue. Yes, its only a 50$ difference, however it was the point . I felt like they were trying to get over. So I declined the service. I went to another location of Ubreakitifix franchise in Bowie and had a wonderful experience. And they charged me the correct amount of $100 to fix the issue. The Bowie location had excellent customer service. I have tried to email the owner but the email message was undelivered so I was unable to express my discontent.
