I don't really shop for games in-store anymore, I just order them online... but I come here to look at their calendars and their gaming merchandise. Usually there's a video game trailer or some sort of gameplay video showing on the TV in there. And of course you can't have a gaming store without some systems and demos. But I want to mainly focus on two elements, which are the primary reasons I come to the store: First off, their calendars are printed lists on the counter near the register that show what is coming out on each system in the upcoming months. If you have any questions about any of the games, they are more than willing to share what they know about them and give you recommendations in certain genres. Second, the merchandise is quite abundant. Some comic stuff finds its way into the mix too, but you can find plenty of themed socks, wallets, keychains, etc. I have spent more money on that kind of stuff that I should probably admit. Staff who are eager and willing to talk about my favorite topic is never a bad time! It also helps that my friend from high school, Ivan, runs the store, and does a great job of it.
