    There customer service is terrible! I have some Amazon firesticks that I had them reconfigure for…read moresubscription service and they totally screwed it up. First, the subscription service was hacked and I had to take my firesticks to be reset. Customers only found out about the hacking DAYS LATER when the firesticks stopped working. No one reached out to the customers to tell them what was up. Mind you I have to come from around the Capital Beltway to visit this location and it takes approximately two hours round trip to visit this location. Anyhow, after the service was reset the firestick was working for a little while. I made my next in store payment and was informed I can no longer pay a few months in advance. Again, they have a database with customers names and numbers and an automated receipt system that allows to send e-receipts but they leave you completely in the dark on things pertinent to transactions. After making my payment on the due date, the firestick stopped broadcasting live channels and the account was showing that the subscription was expired. I contacted the owner (who is a gentleman, my issue is not with him) he suggested that I contact the technician to reboot the firestick. It turns out that this technician mistakenly changed the user name on the firestick when I brought it in for service after the hacking the month prior. So I asked him what could be done to rectify the situation and I inquired if there was a way to reset the user name remotely. He stated rather rudely that he would not give me the ability to reset the device and that I would have to bring the devices to the store to be reset. Like I mentioned this store is a two hour round trip and this is a MISTAKE ON THEIR PART! So I told him I would not be able to drop off the devices that day and inquired if there was anyway that I could receive credit for the days I was paying for and was not able to use the devices. At that point, the technician (who I assume may be relative of the owner) began to berate and insult me. He stated that he could not credit the account and mocked me for asking for some sort compromise for an inconvenience that he caused. Frustrated and appalled at his tone, I let him know that his hostility would cause him to lose a customer. He began berating me, stating that he was "doing me a favor" and I was better off paying the cable company $200 plus dollars if I didn't like the way he was treating me. My sincere reason was to support this Black business and circulate wealth into my community, so to be treated with such disdain and be told that my business is inconsequential is disheartening. The fact that he would think he was "doing me a favor" by not owning up to a mistake that caused interruption in service just shows that this individual's attitude towards customers is flawed. Customers are doing you favor by patronizing your establishment, all we ask is that we get fair and respectful service. I feel bad for the owner because he seems like a true gentleman but his relative (or whoever he is) could learn a few things about customer service.

As he was fixing my phone he cracked the back of my phone never told me he cracked the back, instead he puts the phone back in the case never said nothing. I didn't check the phone until couple of days later when I went to buy a new case I noticed the back was cracked he refused to give me management number don't take your phone or iPad there. I accidentally dropped my phone while exiting my car, and cracked…read moreone of the camera lens on my iPhone 13 Pro, which caused the view finder to be blurry and lose focus - brought it in on 3/17/2022 for a replacement lens and the man behind the service desk analyzed my phone and guaranteed that he had the correct lens to replace the broken one. Needless to say, once I received my "repaired" phone, the "replacement lens" was entirely a different color and slightly larger than the rest. I attempted to take a picture, and while the lens was repaired, the view was still blurry and the lens was unable to properly adjust its focus. The man who repaired my phone then tried to convince me that issue was indeed corrected, and proceeded to show me that the focus was clear once you place the phone on .5 view versus the default 1x view. I told him that his repair did not properly solve the issue with my phone, and he proceeded to say "Well you didn't ask me about the view. You just wanted the lens repaired" - while this might be true, the problem here is that instead of being a genuine and honest salesman, he proceeded to take my $26.50 non-refundable payment to provide a solution for a problem that he KNEW he couldn't fix. Not to mention, replace the lens with an oversized lens of a completely differently color. Consequently, I asked him to remove the faulty lens from my phone and restore it to the condition it was when I initially brought it in, so that I can proceed with requesting a replacement from the Apple Store. Casing point - if you're looking for a quick fix to your phone, be advised that all of their replacement parts are faulty and will deem your phone out of warranty for future repairs through your authorized retailer. Trust me: this is the second time I've been scammed by these folks (shame on me), and ended up STILL having to visit the Apple Store to pay more so I KNOW. #BEWARE

So I go back to the store explain to another associate that I'm having problems the next is Oh you have to get new phone it will take some Time but we will have you up and running that was a complete LIE walked away with on 2 phones working out of the 6 phones I went in with asking Me to come back tomorrow a complete fucking mess I'm very piss off from the lack of customer service from ALYCIA she is a complete dummy and don't give a fuck about the customers she let with out completing anything did not explain anything and do not care at all this is the worst my 80 plus outside with no phone no way to get in contact with her just a messed up situation I won't be seeing that girl ALYCIA for help and I hope that I get something in return for this very inconvenience just a sad situation! But thanks too the girl in with the blue hairs that stay to help the key holder we really do appreciate you for all your help!
