So our fridge got on the local train right around Thanksgiving 2014. We heated some pie and I…read morepulled out the frozen yogurt, and sho nuff, the frozen yogurt was more like liquid yogurt. One word for that: egads! We did a frantic online search to find appliances, and stumbled upon Appliance Land Etc. The Appliance Land website didn't show many details about specific appliances in inventory, but we went anyway, trying to avoid the big box stores if possible. They had a great selection, but really only one in the size that we wanted (30"W 66"H 30"D) but it matched exactly what we were looking for. Dennis was amazingly helpful and awesome. He checked the inventory and saw that he had last year's model of a fridge in the size that we needed. He offered us that model for about $50 off the normal retail since it was a floor model. Turns out, the inventory was wrong and the model on the floor was the 2015 model. He offered us the same discount on the fridge, and we're having it delivered for free on Tuesday. I'll write an update to my review after the delivery. They offer haul-away for $20 and they will recycle it. A couple of notes, we found the same model fridge at either Lowes or Home Depot, and it was the same retail price. We chose to support small business. Dennis also gave us some good advice on microwaves and how easy it is to install them in lieu of a vent. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone shopping for appliances. We're looking to redo our kitchen in a year or so, and we'll definitely be visiting these guys when we shop for appliances.

I usually go to the location at Metro Center, but the screen protector for my phone has been out. They recommended I try this location. I'm glad I did. I went to the kiosk for a warranty covered screen protector replacement. I worked with Sam. He…read moretold me that my protector was not Zagg and that neither he nor Zagg would replace it unless I purchased a new protector (i.e., he refused to honor the warranty, under false pretenses I believe, and was pushing me to buy a new protector). I know for a fact that when I bought the screen protector at AT&T, I was told that it was Zagg and covered by lifetime warranty. It turns out that I had registered the protector when I bought it, it was a Zagg protector made for AT&T, and it was covered. Sam also appeared to charge inappropriately for my husband's warranty replacement. The reason Sam stated for the charge does not align with information on Zagg's website or his reasoning for not replacing my protector. Long story short, I would not trust this kiosk for a warranty replacement, and I would not give my business to someone who is untrustworthy.

Upon arrival, I was greeted very warmly by her daughter who was expecting me, then Mrs. Dolores verified my documents and reviewed the translations for accuracy. Before leaving, she also gave advice to my husband about the best way to convert his foreign license based on our circumstance and explained how she can help. Then, after taking my documents to the consulate the next day, I was told that I also needed certified copies of my documents, which had to be notarized as well and was given an appointment for the next day, but warned that specific language had to be on the cover letter. While still at the consulate, I was able to text Mrs. Dolores to confirm that she could do both for me. We stopped by her office on the way home and she was able to give us what we needed, and told us to confirm with her the next day. So, we took the additional documents to the consulate the next day and was told they were PERFECT! We are looking forward to working with her again for future services. Thank you so much!!!
