He was communicative during the entire process leading up to dropping off the broken device. Jay was able to repair the broken lightning port on my iPad Air 2 quickly and at a reasonable cost. A lot of other technicians in the area did not perform the micro soldering job or charged significantly more than Jay's quote. I decided to have Jay replace a broken screen on another iPad Air 2 I had as well after the initial repair. His quote was again reasonable and I trust his work to be top notch.
