Took my Iphone8 which I could no longer charge to the G Squad, they said parts weren't available and couldn't help. Ifix said they would attempt to clean the charging port for 30. and if that didn't work, replace the charging port for an additional $35. Returned a few hours later to find that the replace job was in progress. Came back in several more and was satisfied with the result. Would use them again. Great service, and my iPhone 6s screen looks as good as new! The person who fixed my phone was Patty, and she was friendly, polite and very helpful in answering all my questions. She did a great job! I called ahead to see if they were busy and I went in soon after because she confirmed someone could help me right away. I can imagine them being busier sometimes so calling ahead may be the way to go! She worked quickly (it took about 30 minutes) and to reiterate, the screen looks perfect. I paid in cash $70 for the am (after-market) screen following her advice, since I was going to trade in my phone soon. Pay in cash if you can! Otherwise, they charge the plus tax price on your card. I wish I could give this place zero stars. I had a small crack in my laptop screen and wanted to fix it before it got worse. I brought it to the shop and was told that the job would be completed in 2 days. I left the computer and waited until the 3rd day to call and check the status. They said they were waiting for a part and it would be another couple of days. This went on for 2 weeks. Me calling and every time they would put me on hold like they were trying to find it. Finally they call me on day 15 to tell me they can't fix it. I wouldn't have been so annoyed if when I went to pick it up, it was worse then before. Not sure what they did but now I can't see anything. The service tech told me to plug it up to a monitor and use it as a desk top. This is my $700 laptop that I use for school. This is not an option. I came in here last week or so to fix the screen on my iPhone X. The screen stopped responding to touch and I was unable to unlock it or do anything on it. So I call this place and describe the problem and told him I have tried all the reset. The guy said they will open it up and take a look. He even told me turn off the phone because it might be water damage. Then the next day, I call them before going to see they are available to check it at the spot. It was nice that I spent nothing while here, but all they did was look at it, plug it in for about 30 seconds and say "it's charging fine". Yeah, it's not. Wasn't then, isn't now. Went in with a Note9 with cracked front and back, busted LCD. I called around to several places after visiting and they had the cheapest price by far. Even after calculating including the back glass and new screen projector, still beat other's prices for just front screen. Very nice, accommodating, and professional. I went to pick up shoes from another store in the shopping center (which took me less then 15 minutes because I don't take long to shop at all) and by the time I had walked back in the store they basically just had to hand me my phone - VERY QUICK, and phone looks brand new, like it never got thrown out a window lol!! They changed my phone battery 3 times in 6 month, each time charged me 65 dollars. the last time I asked for some form of guarantee since the batteries were not lasting. he checked his computer and said he didn't have a record of me getting any service before. That is because they give a paper and had me write my name on it, without a date or description of what service was done, and they never entered it in a computer. Their receipts are hand written and incomplete so the customer can not prove anything later. Please go to a different store. read more

iFix saved my life. And by life, I mean my phone. I have the worst luck with phones. I can never have a new phone without me cracking the screen badly within the first few months of getting it. I know, it's kinda sad to think I'm so dependent on my phone but in this day and age, who isn't? Anyway, after having a bad experience at the local Apple Store, which included a required appointment at their Genius Bar, I started to lose hope. Who wants to make an appointment only to wait a week for them to tell you the obvious, "your screen is cracked."? Certainly not me. After looking around for places where I can get my iPhone 6 screen replaced, I stumbled upon iFix. I usually don't take my phone anywhere else but the Apple Store for repairs, so coming here was a big gamble for me. Walking into the store, I was a bit skeptical because it doesn't look like much on the inside. I was greeted by a nice gentleman and I showed him my phone's screen, which was severely cracked but still lighting up despite being completely black. He quoted me a 20 minute wait time for the phone to be fixed. I couldn't believe my ears. 20 minutes? Really? That quick?! I did a couple errands and returned to iFix. There, he handed my phone back to me looking brand new. My phone finally worked again! I have to note, however, that a few days after my screen replacement I had some calibration issues where the screen wasn't responding to touch. I returned to iFix and explained the problem, and the gentleman who took in my phone last time, fixed it for me. I haven't had any problems since. If you need to have a screen replaced, I would suggest giving iFix a try. If you have bad luck with iPhones like me, just get an Otterbox/Lifeproof case to avoid another cracked screen. read more

This was RIP off, so my network wasn't connecting so I couldn't get on the internet. Thats it. Their fix after a week of keeping my laptop was to install windows 10. I could have done that, 70 bucks gone for a slower computer. This is why I didn't download windows 10 myself. Now my printer needs to be reinstalled and documents unpacked because he removed them. Both times, my iPhone 5 screen was replaced within 15 mins and much cheaper than any other places I could find in the area. When I returned with another broken screen, the technician not only remembered me, but also suggested that I bought a fiberglass protector on it. Ok so I just picked up my lap top from this place. I needed the AC socket thingamajiggy replaced. It was loose in my laptop wouldn't charge at all. The customer service were greeting at the door is not gonna be stellar. BUT the price, efficiency and turn around time paired with the quality of work will make up for it 100%. Little hole in the wall shop, they had my lap top ready in less than 24 hours for $69.00 he called and texted me to let me know it was ready for pick. So I went here based on recommendations of friends and was super hesitant because the bad reviews below but I have to say it was a a pretty good experience. I was on a major time crunch and I had less than a day to fix my completely shattered iPhone screen and went here on a Saturday afternoon. He fixed my phone quickly and with the Yelp discount check in, it ended up costing the same as Apple charges. The only hiccup was when I left my camera wasn't working right so I called them and came back in and he turned my phone off and on and it's been fine since (two weeks ago now). Had a shattered front glass on my Note 4. There were a few people ahead of me when I dropped it off, so they told me to come back. Picked it up in 2 hours and was good to go. They even threw in a free tempered glass. They didn't make me feel super special aside from the professionalism, fast turn around, better that most pricing, and free tempered glass. That was 4 months ago. I just dropped my Note 4 and the screen got chipped in the corner and blacked out the LCD.
