Marcus is an expert at TV mounting! We just moved into a new build in the South Lake community of Bowie, MD and wanted a frame tv mounted on a stone facade over the fireplace. We were very nervous about possibly hitting the gas line or cracking the stone. Marcus put us at ease with his experience mounting on stone and explained to us that he was drilling into the frame of the house and wouldn't hit any pipes. He communicated with me over Yelp and even scheduled a phone call to talk through what we wanted done and provided very fair and reasonable pricing. He took just a little over an hour and a half to mount the tv and did it with perfection. We plan to call him back to mount our other TVs around the house. All in all, the service was completed, but the process wasn't great and could have went better a few ways. First thing is, I booked my appointment well in advance, and communicated exactly what I was seeking to get done. The day of, the guy shows up and tells me he's out of tv mount brackets, which I also communicated well in advance I didn't have. As I was on a tight time crunch, he offered to come back the next day which did not work for me. As I was pushing to get this done today, he then asks me if I want to go get the brackets myself, while he waits in my house. Obviously said no to that. And I am paying for the entire service... I now need to go buy my own brackets while you wait here? Finally once he went and got the items, the tv was mounted, but couldn't figure out to connect the soundbar. Eventually we both figured it out together. Wouldn't go with this service again in the future. It's one thing to run out of items which could have been confirmed prior to arrival on his end - but it's another to ask a customer to come out of pocket and go to target to get items we already communicated and booked for in the entire service. This was my first and last time using this company, I've used a few others in the past and all were more professional than this for the same price, or lower. read more
