This company didn't show up. Neither call and I call her at 6 o'clock. They told me there tech is behind the schedule somebody will be in your way and I still wait for another hour and a half. I was referred to Repair tech through my home warrantee. (June 26th) Eddie came out and was lovely and super efficient in diagnosing the problem. That is where the good news ends. After significant delays, I was told that a service technician would be coming to the home on Friday 19th. I took the day off and cancelled all my appointments to be home. However no one came to the house. I received a call at 7pm to say they were delayed however, they would still be coming out to the home. Unfortunately no call after that. No call Saturday or Sunday. Monday I attempted to cancel all my appointments again to be home and attempted to call them to say I would only be available until 4. I received a call at 3:50 to say that they are on my street to fix the fridge. I could not be home for the repair. They then told my home warrantee company that due to MY DELAY of the repair, they would not be able to repair the fridge. Unbelievable poor customer service. To say I am highly disappointed is an understatement. Very unreliable, very unprofessional. Eddie may know his stuff but it is too bad that he and his team are not on top of their game. Their lack of accountability and willingness to put the customer first is indicative of their work ethic. Would not recommend them at all. Now they refuse to complete repair of my fridge even though they have the part. So I am now back to square one. read more

Eddie was fantastic. A power surge caused my TV to have issues, so I called Eddie after reading all the positive reviews. He was there the next day and was quickly able to diagnose the problem. He had to order a part, which he was able to get in the following day. I contacted the owner on Tuesday and we made an appointment for the next day. For my own reasons I changed the appointment to Thursday (still amazing!) and he was here at the time he promised. I never actually had to use their service, and that was all thanks to Eddie. He said there was a $100 diagnostic fee that would go towards fixing the tv if I chose to do so. When I described the problem over the phone on my 2 year old Samsung 55" that was just beyond warranty, he said the cost could be at least $300 and probably more and recommended I just buy a new tv. When Eddie contacted his vendor to see if he could get a replacement part, he was told that there was a nationwide backorder and that we would not get the piece for 9-12 days.
