Truly exceptional service from start to finish. From the moment I sent out a request for an estimate -- to which they replied right away -- to the moment the entire installation was complete, I was satisfied. They were flexible with me possibly having to re-schedule my appointment at the last minute if the cable equipment had not arrived on time. The installation team arrived at the time promised. They were polite, clean and professional. They used shoe covers, which I appreciated. I bought my own bracket and they were very familiar with it. They even uncrated my 85" TV from my move, which required them unscrewing wooden boards -- much more work than simply opening a cardboard box. Then they measured precisely, putting guide tape on the wall that they removed without leaving any marks. They also cut a hole on the wall behind the TV to run the power cord behind the wall to the outlet near the floor. The work was professionally done and looked great. They ran all the cables along the bracket, which was important because the bracket and wall would be visible when I pulled the TV out and swiveled it to seen from the kitchen, dining room or the living room. The whole process took under an hour and they didn't seem to cut any corners. The estimate was not the least expensive I received, but I felt the thoughtful questions they asked before I even accepted their quote, indicated the attention to detail that I wanted -- and I was right. They came in with the lowest price of all we have looked into. However, here is an exchange between us and the business. Asked them to mount a lg 77 gallery oled flush to the wall as recommended by lg. After sending them the desired info and asking about a licensed insured electrician to make sure the work was done right, they basically said a master electrician would cost more and also they wouldn't necessarily mount the tv centered as desired. Then responded as above. So busy they don't care to do a good job and want to move on to next job bc they are "so busy". Would recommend you avoid and move on to the next company as they are clearly "too busy" to do a good job and get you what you need. In fairness the rest of our interactions are posted below in the pictures. He then accused me of lying in my review... I would avoid if you want the job done right by people who care. They did a fantastic job with mounting my 75 inch TV as well as my soundbar. They came in... took my new TV and soundbar out of the box..measured the area...then off they went..my appointment was at 1230, they arrived at my door at 12:25...I singed off on the paperwork at 1:07...I am having them come back to install my TV in the family room and game room after the holidays. I would have them do it then...but I had to go. Bottom line is the work was clean and neat esp with the hidden wires. I highly recommend them as a choice for home theater installmounting. I recently had "Mr TV Mount" out to my house to perform a TV mount over my fireplace. I went with their currently offered package deal (sale) for $599. Additionally, because of the location of existing AV equipment I needed a 45' HDMI cable run another 20'+ to an adjacent wall over/under a doorway and window (an extra $200). I stopped by their store on Saturday. I met Sam ( "the boss" / "Mr TV Mount" himself ) and found him to friendly, polite and straight forward. I provided a picture of my fireplace area and walked out with a quote and a scheduled appointment for that Monday. On Monday, two gentleman showed up on time (~2:15pm) . They were certain to remove their shoes on entry and went about the task of intstalling the wall mount. I think the job turned out to be *much* more difficult than they had expected with the discovery of what was behind the drywall over the fireplace. Rather than the expected studs and spacing, they encountered concrete and lots of it. This made placement of the cabling run, electrical wiring, concealed outlet and HDMI port quite the chore. For a while it appeared both of these were going to be exposed (unsightly) a few inches right of the TV. It appears a phone call they had with Sam back at the store, encouraged them to redouble their efforts to get the electrical and HDMI located concealed behind the TV. *Much* drilling, cutting and drywall patching later, this was achieved. The team left my house kind of late, close to 7:30pm, taking the tandem 5+ hours to complete the mount. Given the extra effort they put in, I am good with this. I am very happy with result. It's exactly what I wanted. Honoring the quote, I was billed our agreed upon price from Saturday. Great job! read more

WOW, the Mr. TV Mounters just left my place and I felt compelled to write a review right away. I am so so so happy with the final product. First off, we had gone back and forth with the initial price quote. They asked some basic questions about the TV: size, location, etc. Based on that, the initial quote was $700 for a 75" install. They asked me to submit a picture of the location with respect to the cable outlets. Once they received the pic they told me the cost would only be about $400! What a pleasant surprise!! The "mounters" (there were two) showed up a little early (with warning) and worked very very very efficiently. The whole install took about 1.5 hours. Throughout the process they consulted me on a couple of items such as placement and wiring. They were courteous and professional and the TV looks GREAT (see pic). No ugly wires! They cleaned up after themselves and wiped down the entire area. They run special deals so be sure to ask when you contact them. Also, there is a 2 year extended warranty for $69 which covers faulty wires and if the TV falls down. Do not trust this company. I was quoted $149 for the installation over the phone. The technicians came out, completed the install, and gave me an invoice for $199. I spoke with the owner over the phone and he yelled at me and told me I was wrong even though he was not the one who quoted me the $149 price. The person who gave me the $149 price had some trouble communicating and probably just made a mistake. But the way the owner handled it was inexcusable. I paid $199 and went on with my day. Horrible way to run a business. Pick someone else. If you go with this company and run into any kind of issue like I did, you might get the same kind of absurd treatment. UPDATE: The owner's response below is not true. They were the only company I called so I'm not "confused." In response to Owners reply today: owner is just manipulating what I posted, yes there was a HDMI cable behind that went to splitter and his guys said don't change it, it will work with the new tv, so i took their advise. And they rushed putting the tv on the mount and only verified the streaming service. It was after that the other connections from services were not recognized so I call Samsung the mfg and they said it is advisable to not use splitter. Is it not a common curtesy to check if everything is functional after putting a new tv, coz things change new HDMI are not compatible. This guy is a cheat and has no customer service best practices I wanted to get other things done, he will definitely not get my additional business. Sorry to report a rather disappointing experience with this company. I supplied them with photos and measurements of the area that we needed the TV mounted to. I also supplied them with photos of a TV mounted in the exact same manner and location in our neighbor's house that has the same floorplan. I also supplied them with the model number of the mount the neighbors had used. The owner who I spoke to on the phone told me that the model of mount my neighbors used was discontinued, but that there was a new one that was basically the same mount under a different model name and they had it in stock. It looked the same to me, so I was very excited to have them come install. When the technicians showed up, they brought in the wrong mount. I asked them to bring in the mount I had discussed with the owner. They did. But as it turns out, neither mount they had with them would fit in the location we needed it to. I had to ask the technicians three times if they were sure the mount would fit. They said yes without looking or measuring. Finally I got one of them to hold up the plate to the location where it needed to go. I watched them both stand as they stared at it shaking their heads. It was indeed too large for the area. After some yelling on the phone with the owner, they left. The owner called me that evening saying that they could cut the mount to fit in the space. Despite the previous missteps, I decided to give them another shot. Then he emailed me the next day to say that he's wasted money already on the project and would pass. I'm sure it's gone well with other folks based on the reviews, but not for us. I will say that the owner is very responsive to emails and communication about schedule. Two technicians came in, on time, with masks, and footies for their shoes. The job took one hour. I observed just because I was interested but the technicians needed nothing from me after I explained what I wanted. The job: Mounting a 70 inch Smart TV, a sound bar and wire concealment.
