Unfortunately, the owner later declined to fix the issue and did not honor the commitment that was made. To make matters worse, I had to make clear to office rep how unprofessional it was for me to keep calling in order to speak with the owner. I also had to spend additional money out of pocket to clean up after the installation and purchase materials costing $4400 to correct the problem myself. What's most frustrating isn't just the mistake--it's the lack of accountability and follow-through. Mistakes can happen, but standing behind your work and honoring your word is what defines good customer service. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to not proceed with them.

Olen started doing a job at my condo. He did wiring and setup the home network. I had to pay someone else to finish the job and they had to take over control of the switch that he installed to get things working. Olen also left me without basic instructions like the password to my router. In addition the installer who took over for the job questioned the work that was done and said some of the wiring and installation choices were not good. I don't know if Olen is still working, or if something happened, because he simply stopped communicating. Regardless, he walked out without completing the job and no explanation.
