We finally found a responsive and reliable master electrician! We contacted Michael for a flat mount tv install and he was the quickest and most reasonable of the quotes. It only got better after he came. He was technically very skilled, measured several times and planned everything out before doing anything. He had ties and fasteners and Velcro and basically anything needed to make for an ideal installation. Exceeded our expectations and solved problems on the spot for a finicky location. If I can give this company a zero star, I DEFINITELY WOULD!!! I believe his name was Michael had NOOO knowledge on how to mount a TV. He literally took an hour trying to set up just the tv part of the mount for my Samsung 65 in tv. The whole time he kept getting frustrated stating that "the job couldn't be done" I didn't understand how if I had a friend who literally used the same mount and tv just recently. He completely wasted my time leaving me in anxiety. We've been meaning to hang our television for two years. I finally called this morning and Mr. Kim said he could come the same day! At first the quote seemed a bit high (I mean, maaaaybe we could do this ourselves?) but since I was so anxious to get it done, and I don't have a great handle on how much this sort of thing costs, I went for it. Well. I am impressed! And it was well worth the cost. Mr. Kim spent plenty of time going over our options (we weren't even 100% sold on where to hang it!), trying out different ways to hide the cables, then completing the work. We got our TVs mounted by Michael and he did an amazing job despite the fact that we have an artificial stone wall which needed a mount. Very professional! If we could give ZERO stars we would. On 5\21\19 we had this company come out to mount our TV's on the wall. All was good. So we thought. About 4 weeks after, I noticed bubbles and paint peeling on the wall around the TV that was mounted in the living room. We contacted a contractor that informed us that we had a water leak in that wall. Long story short, the individual that did the installation drilled 3 holes in our main water pipe and didn't bother to tell us. Instead, what he choose to do was try to seal the holes with silicone. Who Does This!!??? Now over 3 months later what could of been an easy fix is costing us Thousands of dollars. We had to have 2 of our walls, the hardwood floor, and a portion of the ceiling ripped out and replaced. Funny thing is, when my husband called him, he acknowledged and admitted to what he had done. So, unless you feel like forking out thousands like we are having to do, look elsewhere. read more
