Chatting with some folks And they mention a mobile phone repair service which you're thinking is too good to be true... or is it? Went online to the website and made an appointment at 8:53 AM figuring it was a longshot that they would actually be able to accommodate my 12 noon request and voilà-Joe comes to the rescue! He calls me and lets me know he's en route to my location and would call me upon arrival, which he surely did. He came upstairs to my office, fixed my screen, provided me with another screen protector at a relatively minimal cost and he even helped me and my crazed self become untangled from my necklace and headphones (don't ask!). Joe was super cool, personable and most importantly-fast! 20 mins later, screen was fixed and he was on his way. I honestly think he was finished sooner than he called me but was giving me a few more minutes because I was so frazzled. Excellent customer service and job well done. Truth be told, I'm hoping I never have to use their service again however IF I do, they are the ONLY company I will call. Thanks Joe!

I scheduled an appointment for 6:00 p.m. through their online booking system, which requires you to select the specific service you need. On the day of my appointment, Chesley called and told me I had to arrive by 5:00 p.m. because my service would take two hours and the business closed at 7:00 p.m. When I asked why the scheduling system allows one-hour appointment blocks if certain services require two hours, she couldn't provide a reasonable explanation. I then asked which service she had listed for my appointment, and she named a completely different service that had nothing to do with the issue I was bringing in. Despite their scheduling error, I was told the only way I would be helped was if I arrived by 5:00 p.m. I left work early to accommodate their request and arrived at 5:05 p.m. after being delayed by heavy traffic on Route 50. When I arrived, Dennis was dismissive and unprofessional, telling me there were other customers ahead of me and that he would "get to me when he got to me." That raises an obvious question: What is the purpose of making an appointment? If appointments are not honored, customers should be told that upfront. This is especially frustrating when the service is expected to cost approximately $100--this was not a free community service. The entire experience demonstrated poor communication, inaccurate scheduling, and a lack of respect for customers' time. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this business based on my experience.
