I informed him I could not due to my schedule and he became aggressive and belligerent to the point that my children were afraid for me. I discontinued my call with him and requested the technician call me to schedule me coming back. After talking to the technician, I scheduled my return. I had the unfortunate experience of opening a evite dinner invitation attachment on an email from a known acquaintance which turned out to be a Remote Access Trojan (RAT). I tried several times to clean my hard drive with Nord VPN Threat Malware and Malwarebytes programs which found nothing. A backdoor was established on my laptop and I could see the intruder's mouse pointer navigating throughout my laptop while my mouse pointer was disabled. The only solution to stop it was to sever the internet connection. The issue persisted for several days when I would reconnect the internet. The intruder wasn't always present but I could see when they were. The intruder got into my Google password manager, Quicken account and attempted to make Amazon purchases. I was running out of airspeed and ideas and recognized that I needed professional assistance. I researched locally for an I.T. firm and found Will Get IT Done. I met with Will who examined my 7 year old laptop and he recommended I simply replace it as the cost to wipe it clean/replace the hard drive and reload would be comparable to a replacement. Although working just fine prior to the intrusion, given the age of my laptop I took Will's advice and purchased a new laptop. Will and Nicholas transferred all of my clean files from the old to the new laptop in their lab leaving the RAT in the old hard drive. I am now back in great shape. Outstanding customer service…read more Kindness is sometimes a lost art. So it was absolutely refreshing to walk into this business and be quickly greeted by Chris. The other night, I dropped a 10lb weight on my phone which bypassed the tempered glass screen protector and shattered the actual screen. I came in at 7:30pm. Chris mentioned the store would close at 8pm but would get to work right away and try to complete the job quickly. He did just that! My screen was fixed and I had a functional phone that night. The next day, I noticed the home button was slightly popped out. I called Cell Phone Doctor/ Chris who recommended I come in. Again- I was in and out in 30 minutes. I know if there was multiple phones being worked on, I wouldn't be in-and-out as quickly; but the haste was greatly appreciated. They do offer a military discount on labor.
