The other night, I dropped a 10lb weight on my phone which bypassed the tempered glass screen protector and shattered the actual screen. I came in at 7:30pm. Chris mentioned the store would close at 8pm but would get to work right away and try to complete the job quickly. He did just that! My screen was fixed and I had a functional phone that night. The next day, I noticed the home button was slightly popped out. I called Cell Phone Doctor/ Chris who recommended I come in. Again- I was in and out in 30 minutes. I know if there was multiple phones being worked on, I wouldn't be in-and-out as quickly; but the haste was greatly appreciated. They do offer a military discount on labor.
