mobile x buys stolen apple products and sells them as "refurbished" or "used". do not buy from them unless you want to potentially be tracked down by a previous owner of the phone you buy. if your stolen apple product was tracked to this store, call the cops and tell them mobile x bought another stolen device. read more

We have had weekly or bi-weekly maid service from MK Cleaning for nearly 10 years now! The same crew has been with us through move-in, 4 floors of piecemeal renovations that have dragged out over years, having a baby, having a second baby, working from home, and on and on. We originally found them, because we had had trouble with every company we had tried before them letting our cats out of the house or closing them into cabinets or closets, where they would be stuck for hours until we got home. So I posted on Yelp with a request for a cleaner who could promise it wouldn't happen , and MK Cleaning promised that they could meet this requirement for us, and they have reliably done so for a decade. Phew! Plus, they just really go to extra lengths to figure out what our family needs most on a given week, and they put extra effort in to make our lives easier. And they always manage to navigate whatever chaos is going on in our house. We recommend them 100%. read more

Customers service is very poor! I was there standing for 5 minutes and still is no one said a word yet!

I went over to Mobile X to repair my iphone Xs rear lenses and the service was amazing! Thomas was the one to help me. He updated and explained to me everything all the process about fixing the phone which made me feel very comfortable. I absolutely recommend this place! My phone is working perfectly well now. read more

Really great experience. Fast, personal service. I called to check that they had the parts available. They were able to take care of the unit, and made sure the phone was working properly. There was a need to tweak things but everything was handled. I don't recommend you bounce your phone off the concrete sidewalk, but if you do, these are the guys to fix it. read more

This place is awesome. My phone died all of the sudden, without warning. It just wouldn't turn on. I wanted to support a local neighborhood business, so I came by here. Omar was super nice and helpful. He asked me a few questions, and then said he would obviously have to open it up to diagnose the situation, but had a couple of thoughts and explained how he would systematically figure it out. He told me the approx. cost if one of those issue was indeed the problem. He said come back in 30 mins, and sure enough, its as if I had a brand new phone 30 mins later. Omar showed me what was wrong (it was the second layer backlight screen that was all cracked up even though on the outside it looked fine). Reasonably priced, quick, and nice. No question, I highly recommend and would return in a heartbeat. read more

This place goes above and beyond to help you out. While working to repair my phone, Thomas gave me a loaner for free to take home and use. The prices are good, the service is quick, and Thomas is patient, creative, and friendly. I highly recommend supporting this local business. read more

I thought my phone was totally ruined and that I'd have to wait a week for an appointment at the Apple store AGAIN... then my husband told me about Mobile X. Life savers. Like magic. I walked in, no appointment, and he said to come back in 20 minutes. My phone is now shiny and new! PHENOMENAL!! Thank you Mobil X! read more

Great price on screen replacement for my iPhone 6 and unbelievable service! Was In and out within 30mins and was given a phone case with no extra cost. Hope my screen doesn't break again but if it does I'll be taking it here. Thanks Omar! read more

Really fast and helpful! Thomas diagnosed the problem with my phone (the charger, not the port or battery), then he tested his diagnosis using his own charger. Then, before selling me a new charger, he had me try that charger out to make sure that it solved the problem. Great customer service and very reasonable price. read more

We had a major phone accident while across the country in DC. Thomas was immediately available ... had the phone apart in seconds and put the logic board into a similar phone to help me see how he was trouble shooting my problem. His labor price was reasonable and I definitely noticed where he could have charged higher but did not. Unfortunately the phone was damaged beyond what could be completely attempted in my limited time window. Thomas did get the phone working much better than when I brought it in even if not completely repaired. After getting no help from T-Mobile, Mobile X had a few used iPhones on hand that we could purchase so as to get back to finishing our vacation. I would unhesitatingly recommend Mobile X to you. read more

This store is amazing. My iPhone 6 screen had shattered and they fixed it in under 15 minutes. It was as if I had a brand new phone. I highly recommend them!! read more

The best experience I've ever had at a cell phone repair shop. Thomas knew exactly what I had done wrong to my phone and fixed it immediately. He not only charged me half of what he could have; he also went out of his way to replace other parts at no extra cost. Personable, friendly, expert service - these guys are the best! read more

I brought my phone in because half of the screen was black, and I thought it was dead. This place fixed the screen, and when the buttons didn't quite respond right, he asked me to bring it in again and replaced the screen again for free. The customer service is great, the phones are fixed quickly and they do a great job for half the price of apple! I highly recommend this place. read more

I had a great experience at Mobile X. It started off with me getting lost because my phone was broken so I couldnt look up directions and Thomas was very helpful in directing me over the phone. He even called me when I didnt show up for sometime to see if I got lost. Then when he told me my phone needed the screen replaced, he was fast, accurate, and even pitied me as a broke college student and gave me a discount so I could afford the service. He fixed the problem (replaced screen) in less than 10 minutes and was very attentive. I also wanted to get a glasscover and he unwrapped a few and tried them all on my phone until we found the right fit. Highly recommend this place! read more

My Old IPhone 5 stopped charging. Tried all the tricks on my own. Finally gave into needing a pro. Found Mobile X on 14th st. Through Yelp, called, and Thomas answered. Said it would be less then a 30 minutes to fix. Walked over and Met Thomas. The place is sparse and clean. Thomas tested and replaced the charge port inside the IPhone 5. Gave me some good advice, and it was as easy as that. Plus Thomas very knowledgeable. I walked out with a working phone and crisis over. Much easier and quicker and less expensive then I thought! Thanks Mobile X! Thanks Thomas! read more

Super service, friendly and knowledgeable. Warranties, even without a receipt, are respected; everything to please the customer.

Great job fixing my iPhone, Thomas was very knowledgeable and quick in service, don't have any problems with my phone so far

I was there this past Sunday. The gentleman that assisted me was wonderful. He repaired my phone in about 20 minutes. This will be my repair shop from now on. The place was very clean and stylish and comfortable, and to top it all of the prices were fair. I highly recommend this place! read more

I had a really great experience here. The charging aperture on my iPhone 7 was busted, so I took it in to Mobile X. They diagnosed the problem as some debris in the aperture, and took the phone apart to take it out. Fifteen minutes later the problem was solved, and for a modest fee. I would come back again, and encourage people in the neighbourhood to come here too -- beats a trip down to the iPhone store in Georgetown. read more

Worst experience at a phone store ever , so unprofessional he said he would fix the screen of my phone for 140$ cool then HE EMPHASIS on HE Suggested he fix the silver rim of the phone and the camera for only 30$ more even better right ... Cool so when I went to go pick it up after 3weeks (he told me 3-4days but I said nothing about it..should've) I pay him and leave get down the street why is my camera not fixed .. OK so I go back he insisted that he never told me he'd fix the rim and the camera (I called a week prior and told another guy to leave him a note & tell him don't worry about it just fix the screen but I said nothing about it.. Should've)If that was the case I would have just got the screen and camera fix I didn't care about the rim but it gets worse after all of that I kindly leave get underground at the train station and notice that my Sim is not in my fone so I gooo back and ask for it apparently that was lost along with then pen to my phone after he search for them both he claimed he would call and let me know if he found them ..
