I brought my iPad to this store in July to get my screen replaced, I came back and the initial…read moreissue was still not repaired. In fact, moments after I left the store my iPad was having the same issues it was having before I brought it in. That same night the iPad cracked...again. I had the iPad for almost a year and have dropped it and it NEVER cracked. I brought it back to the store, I expressed my issue with an employee of the store and was basically told that they were not going to fix the issue. After a passive verbal exchange the police were called. He ended up negotiating with the officers instead of the customer and while he brought the repair price down significantly, I was still expected to pay for the hopes that my iPad would be fixed. This was also after I was given two different quotes over the phone. The employee on duty was belligerent and disrespectful as I tried to talk through my issue. Do not come here. Do not come here. DO NOT COME HERE. My iPad is still currently broken lmfao.

Mohammed fixed it quickly and for a good price but for some odd reason, the phone just did not work with any 3rd party screens. Mohammed spent a lot of his time trying to get it to work, but I brought it to Apple and we figured out that only the original screen would work. So he put the original back on and fully refunded me even though he spent considerable time trying to fix the phone. 5 stars for doing the right thing and helping me figure out the best course of action for my phone.

I shattered my iPhone 7 screen and had it replaced at SmartFix, including an upsale of their…read morerecommended screen protector which I was told would shatter instead of the screen for future falls. The colors on the new screen were noticeably different, but not horrible. 3D Touch didn't work very well on the new screen, but again, not the worst loss of functionality. I bought a new case (at another retailer) and went on my way assuming my iPhone 7 was back and as good as ever... wrong. Less than three weeks later, a minor fall shattered the whole screen again. The screen protector is in great shape and didn't help in the slightest. I have to assume the replacement screen is of significantly worse quality than the original, otherwise it was a faulty product or faulty installation. There was no form of disclosure that the repaired unit would be of lesser quality than the original iPhone... the screen display and durability are not up to Apple standards. I wish I hadn't wasted the $100.
