Walked dressed in slacks shirt and tie. Upon walking, was greeted by an older asia gentleman. Apparently, he must hv been the owner and the technicians were younger Asian gentlemen. Told the older gentleman I need both batteries replaced. And I asked what the warranty was on the batteries. He stated, that the warranty was for a yr. Both batteries were replaced both watches were working and I left satisfied. Not two weeks later I Geneva watch wasn't working anymore. So I went back to the shop. The older gentleman wasn't in however the younger gentleman that replaced the battery. Stated that they don't give warranties and they don't hv that battery at the present. So I would not recommend and jwould suggest that all reconsider. Doing business with this establishment. They don't honor there warranties and hv no integrity. I'll just travel 20 mins more to my regular watch repairs shops. Located in Iverson mall. I've never had a problem in over 20 yrs. There located at the main entrance hallway on the right past momma Lucias

I would definitely recommend going to the beauty supply store. It was well stocked as well. I didn't have a chance to look around because I had gotten there a few minutes before closing, but I did not feel rushed at all. For safety. You can call to be let in the store, but that is completely fine because I love safety and there are a lot of things going on right now. The owner, a very kind woman, immediately came to the door as I called. I was let in the store immediately and was given time to find what I needed. I will definitely be visiting again and will tell everyone I know about this beauty supply store. I love going places where I am treated well, and the staff/owner is kind along with a place where I am able to find the items that I need. It was a win-win.

The store is very nicely organized. There is a huge selection of jewelry, trinkets and other knick…read moreknacks. It is divided by jewelry style, designer etc. Incredibly easy to navigate and find what you are looking for. The store gets cramped when it's busy with not much room to move around without being shoulder to shoulder with other shoppers. Great store overall however the customer service was not exactly stellar. Although there were employees available and offering to help with many things, it seemed kind of forced. I really cannot complain that much but this store sells rather expensive everything and when an employee looks unhappy and disinterested in helping, after offering help, it can detract from the experience. Again.. I don't have much to complain about but I cannot give 5 stars.
