Upon a little more research, I found that all of these law suits have been dismissed. All of these people are no longer franchise owners and have attempted to set up competing businesses. There is an apparent lack of stability in these individuals not necessarily the company. It speaks volumes that a franchise company was sued by 10 franchise owners and none of them prevailed.
