I didn't love anything and was about to leave. I got sucked into a display up front by the door and questioned if I wanted anything. I was looking at something. I heard an employee say hi to someone. Then I was ran into hard by a metal hand truck handle right into my back. I said ouch what the heck?! Turned around and said you hurt me! You ran right into me! This old guy said he didn't see me. I'm not small. I said to him I was standing here the whole time. He said again. I didn't see you. How?! No employee even acknowledged or even asked if I was ok. I even checked on exit you can see clearly into the store. Nothing is obstructing like tint on the window etc. I wasn't standing in the way of people entering. I was standing in front of a table display. In my mind why have deliveries in the main customer doors if a delivery person is going to not look when entering. At least the employees could've asked if I was ok. After waiting to see if anyone was going to address the guy who ran into me after they just said hi to him I just left. I won't be back to this location.

In…read morean effort to find relief using alternative methods, I was told by a few people that I should try CBD products. Since I wasn't familiar, I asked my specialists and they gave the okay for CBD usage, as well as did a little research on my own. I also checked on Yelp to see if a CBD store was located somewhere near me. Low and behold, it was one right in my backyard, so I gave them a call. The sales rep listened to my medical issue and suggested a product that has been proven by others to be very effective. CBD products are derived from naturally grown hemp. Hemp products has been around for thousands of years and have been used for their healing properties. Each product is tested by third party labs and the quality of all products are the highest of quality. They offer treatment for anxiety, pain, insomnia, inflammation, and general wellness. Their product line includes oils, tablets, gummies, lotions, balms, and pet products. Since I was already at the Bowie Town Center, I decided to pay the CBD Vault a visit. I was greeted by the same sales rep I spoke to on the phone initially. He was very helpful and pointed out the product that he mentioned to me that he believed would be very helpful to my issue. I signed up for their loyalty points program when I paid and I was told if I have and questions or concerns, to give the store a call and someone would be glad to assist me. I haven't had a chance to use my product yet, but the fact that an alternate form of pain relief is available and has had great feedback from others is a positive step in the right direction! I'm looking forward to using my product and hopefully it working. **Fingers Crossed**

I am a medical patient, yet I have repeatedly been questioned about my status, told my number is incorrect, or told my information is expired. I have even had to call my doctor while standing inside the dispensary to prove my medical status. This has happened on EIGHT separate occasions. At this point, "a misunderstanding" is no longer an acceptable excuse. The lack of consistency, clear communication, and basic customer service is exhausting. Why am I repeatedly having to sort out conflicting information just to be served? I should not leave a dispensary feeling interrogated, frustrated, and embarrassed. The repeated scrutiny has honestly left me feeling singled out. There are two employees here whose kindness and professionalism I genuinely appreciate. Unfortunately, their good service cannot make up for the repeated problems I have experienced with the rest of the team. Management needs to get its staff on the same page and address how medical patients are treated. Eight visits with these issues is ridiculous. I am tired of spending my money somewhere that makes receiving service feel like an argument I have to prepare for.
