Unfortunately, every message I sent was met with the same automated reply, and I never received a human response from customer service, corporate, or PR. Their system appears to be stuck in an automated loop that prevents complaints from being reviewed. I've since escalated the matter to the Dutch Consumer Authority (ACM). Overall, this experience left me with serious concerns about Jumbo's customer service and complaint‑handling process.
