'My first project was really nice and the turn around time was quick I ordered pencils and cups for my organization but I'm assuming I caught them at a good time because my later projects fell way below standards. It took two weeks before I received a response to my email and the only reason I got a response was because I called several times! Salena is RUDE and should not be to face of this company ! Strike one. The first time I went to the office they were closed. There was a note on the door stating that they had special business hours that day. Nowhere on their website did it state this. Nor did they state that on their voice message. Strike Two. I ordered a sweater from them with the number 04 on it. I could tell that they put 40 and pulled the graphic off and redid it. I could see residue from the numbers. It wasn't too noticeable so I kept the sweater. My fiance doesn't have an eye for detail so he won't notice. I ordered a second sweater from them in November. It was supposed to be ready December 13th. I called that day to make sure I didn't drive 30 min and they were closed. They didn't answer. I drove there today and there is a note on the door that states they are closed for mass production. No notice of when they will be reopened. They don't call or email you to inform you when your order is ready so I guess I have to call them every day until they answer. If the sweater is not done to my satisfaction I have no time to have them fix it because Christmas is coming up soon. The front desk girl is very nice but the two times I've actually made it inside it smelled straight like weed. This will be the last order I make with them. I planned on getting some tee shirts made for my engagement photos but I'll have to find another place. read more

I used Elite Prints for the first time yesterday and am very satisfied. They put my son's name on the back of a soccer jersey I provided. The price was fair, about what I would pay to buy letters and iron on. The quality of letters was much better than DIY though. I dropped off and picked up same day, earlier than was promised. I will definitely use them again. read more

I initially visited Elite Prints to get a logo designed for my business. Two weeks weeks went by and not even a call. Visited them again to order shirts and again they left me hanging. Visited a last time to order decals for my business and was made a fool for the last time. If you value you're time and money-do not do business with these people, whom apparently care none for professionalism and respect. read more

I strongly recommend not to do business with this place. I'll start off by saying the young lady at the front desk is kind. However, she does represent the shop and their motivation to get the work complete and the lack of communication with the customer is extremely poor. I placed an order of over 30 shirts that were to be customized with a logo of the company I work for. I placed this order on 6 December 2016. I was told that I'd receive the shirts on 20 December 2016. I received no call or email notifying me that my order was ready for pick up. Instead, I call on 22 December 2016 and received no answer. I called many times over the next few days to exclude Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Still no answer. On 27 December 2016, I go to their shop. A sign is on the door stating their closed from 26 December 2016 and would return on 2 January 2017. I call back on 4 and 5 January 2017. Still no answer. I'm not just calling once a day, either. Rather, I'm calling multiple times throughout the day. I finally get a hold of them via phone on 6 January 2017 and expressed my displeasure with their services. I asked for my merchandise and the young lady informed me it still was not ready. Keep in mind that she told me 20 December 2016 is when I'd have them. On 8 January 2017, she called me back to ensure that I'd have the shirts the very next day. I called her back the next day only to find out the shirts were still not ready. About a week later I finally received the shirts. When I came to pick them up, they were folded and placed on a futon. No boxes or anything for me to place the shirts in. Additionally, the order was not accurate. A few shirts came in the wrong color. One had a large stain. I was very disappointed. I learned of the errors with the shirts as I got back to my place of work. Literally, for the next three weeks, I called many times to notify them of the errors with the shirts. No answer. When I finally got a hold of the young lady at the desk, I complained that they never answer their phone. She informed me that their phone was not working for three weeks. I told her of the mistakes with the shirts and I was told I'd have to pay for them all over again (the shirts with the errors). I was highly upset, which led me to this review. Lastly, their shop is definitely not the cleanest place and it has a very strange smell. This is just my experience, but again I recommend not to do business with this place. read more

My wife and I wanted to have T-shirts made for a family reunion to celebrate my Brother's 70th birthday. An estimate was approved by us in a high interest email requesting immediate response on 22 Jun. After multiple attempts to contact the company (they don't answer their phone) we received a call back on 27 Jun. We were told the invoice was $200 short. This placed us up against their deadline for completing the order. Elite shirts demanded payment up front, but could not guarantee the $650 order could be completed on time (due to their unresponsiveness)! There was absolutely no effort or consideration made by Elite Prints to complete the order on time. We were left with no other choice but to cancel the order. read more

I do not recommend them due to poor customer service. I paid up front which is fine, but was overcharged for my order. I addressed this issue and they said they'd give me credit on the next order. I agreed, because I had anticipated a good quality product. When I called around the estimated time they said it would be ready, no one answered the phone for over a week. I went down to the shop, they were closed for the week due to "production issues". I sent an email, they responded saying my order would be ready in a couple days, of course it was not. And when I got my order, the quality was poor and it lacked detail. I never did get the money I was overcharged for, which was for a plain white Gilden t-shirt that I was charged $40 for when clearly they are less than $10 retail anywhere you go. read more
