My husband has quite a collection of baseball jerseys and usually likes to have the number of his favorite player and/or a commemorative patch stitched onto the uniform. The first estimate he got for the work was rather high so he contacted ABC Tees. ABC's cost was considerably less so we took Rich's shirt, patch, and player's numbers out to them. I was surprised they would do such a small job but there was no problem. They told Rich they'd have it done that afternoon, and sure enough they called a few hours later to say it was ready for pick-up. They did a beautiful job on the stitching and placement. I needed custom tote bags for a branded giveaway and went to ABC tees because of the high reviews on Google and Yelp. My optimism quickly faded away when I arrived and the staff was less than enthusiastic of having a new customer. Will was the guy who helped me. He was very polite and detailed when telling me what he could and couldn't do but conflict arose when it came to pick up time. He said he needed 2-weeks to heat-press a logo on three (3) canvas tote bags (that I provided). 2-weeks is nuts for something I've seen be done in a mall in less than 45mins. And for a company that's been doing this for 30yrs, you'd think efficiency would be a core competency. When I told him that wouldn't work for me, he worked with me (thank you) and told me he'd have them done by the following Tuesday (6days). I waited until that Thursday (8days) just to allow a buffer AND THE BAGS STILL WEREN'T DONE and no one called me to let me know the status! After my visible disappointment, Reina assured me should could have them done by end of day, then called me and told me they would be done within an hour. Why would you ever need 2-weeks for something you could get done in an hour?!?! You would think they had the foot traffic of a grocery store if they needed this much time but each time I went in, they were all just chillin. Nobody printing, pressing, or NOTHING just sitting down. The bags were completed within the hour like Reina promised and while I would have liked them to be better, I am grateful that they are just done. Needless to say, ABC tees will be used as a last resort and even still probably not because the turnaround time is insane. read more

I needed team shirts printed for a missions trip to Jamaica and decided to use ABC Tees after reading reviews on Yelp. The person at ABC Tees that I worked with is Jarrad and I could not have asked for a better staff member to work with. From the moment I stepped into the shop to the day he helped carried the box of shirts to my car, Jarrad provided such excellent customer service and care, and always went above and beyond to help meet our needs. I'm very particular about the quality of the shirts (who wants the shirt to disintegrate in the wash?), blend (not a fan of polyester), and color. At first we thought that a regular tee and performance tee would work well given the weather conditions in Jamaica, but we needed to switch the performance tee to a polo. Even regarding the team logo for our shirts, some design modifications were needed that Jarrad did for us. Jarrad always accommodated all our changes throughout the process, and did his best to provide us with the lowest cost/highest quality shirts as we were on very limited funds. The team loved the shirts! They worked out so well on our trip! The maroon polo was perfect when we were teaching students as it provided a little more formality. The bright but not blinding maroon color helped the 200+ kids easily identify team members. The quality of the polo was also fantastic with a nice fitted cut! The denim blue Haines Beefy-T we also ordered was also very nice; light in color to stand up to the blazing sun and just looked great on everyone! The shirts actually became quite the coveted item and some team members ended up giving away their tee-shirts and polos to some of the locals who really wanted one as well! I'm certain that I will continue to have tee-shirt printing needs in the future and will be sure to use ABC Tees again. Don't look anywhere else! I just placed my first order with ABC Tees and the whole experience from beginning to end was awesome-- not to mention, I was delivered a great finished product! I went in with some ideas for branded tee shirts and tank tops that I wanted to print and sell at my yoga studio. I met with a designer (I think his name was Jared??) to figure out how to get my ideas onto the shirts and it was a great collaboration. He really worked with me on the designs, choosing the perfect shirts, my budget and the ordering process. Great Quality of finished product, they do great work. Their communication could be a lot better. Emails instead of phone calls is not the best way to reach customers when details are being finalized and you committed to a deadline. If pick up date changes that should be related to customers. They gave deadlines and didn't meet them. Kenny Day as the owner who took over the business could also have better customer service. One of Kenny's staff took my order and was extremely helpful; Kenny when asked about why we did not meet the deadline gave a BS response and told me their were other jobs in front of mine. With knowing that; it should have been communicated and when the original deadline given changed that should have been related. I literally had to call them to check on the status of my large order only to find out they hadn't started on them and my pick up date changed. I am writing to share my experience with ABC Tees and with Kenny Day, the owner. I have a blazer that I wanted my fraternity's crest to be embroidered on it, in time to wear it for our organization's annual convention. I went to ABC Tees because of the high marks it has received on YELP, but my experience was the complete opposite of a 5-Star treatment. Kenny Day is the owner of the company, but his attention to customer detail is absolutely lacking. When I went to his shop to drop off my blazer, one of his employees handled my paperwork. We had an agreed completion date of July 2nd. Kenny was not able to fulfill my order until July 15th, 13 days after the agreed time. When I asked Kenny why did my order fall through the cracks, his response was, "The guy who took your order is off today." That was not the response I was expecting from the company owner. My only conclusion is because my order was a small "one jacket job for only $75", Kenny pushed my order to the back of the line. Well Kenny, my one blazer was my test to evaluate the quality of your company's work. Now that my fraternity's convention has passed, I now have 123 pending orders for blazers with our fraternity's crest to be embroidered on the jackets. Assuming your price would have not changed, my simple $75 job would have become a $9,225 windfall for you. Instead of taking the business to ABC Tees, I will now take my business to your competition and seek a company that does not differentiate their level or quality of customer service because of the size of the order. I went to Yelp to read up on the reviews of ABC Tees before giving them a call for a quick quote on some shirts. While there were only four reviews each of them gave 5 stars so I felt confident giving them a try. I barely got through a conversation with this place and I will never work with them. I just needed a ballpark figure per shirt and even told the guy I didn't expect an exact figure because I did not have the logo we intended to have embroidered on the shirts. He quickly snapped at me and condescendingly replied that it wasn't fair of me to ask him for a quote since I had no idea what I want (as in what type of blend or cut - I have never made an order like this before so of course I had no idea!), instead of being helpful and making positive suggestions. I explained again that I myself have not even seen the logo but that I was just trying to understand a general price for a embroidered polo, and was just checking around local businesses. He snapped at me again and presumptuously stated that he guessed I wouldn't be working with them because he was being rude. Well he was correct. Perhaps the guy was just having a bad day but I don't believe my inquiry was out of line, and even if it was that is no way to treat a potential customer. read more
