Each time we're told the manager will call us and since Dec 21, 2025 we've heard NOTHING!!! And been given the run around from employees. Also because this is a franchise, UPS as a company says it's the store's fault which makes sense since they mislabeled the package!

It is a very high volume store so they are going to make mistakes and occasionally give bad service. They always apologize and resolve it.
