Just a cancellation and goodbye. How does food poisoning a full week in advance prevent you from working an event seven days later? It makes no sense. Now we are left scrambling to find another caterer on short notice for something we have been planning for months. Do not hire this caterer. She is unreliable and unprofessional. If anything goes wrong, you will be left to deal with the fallout on your own.

Her prices aren't much more than going out to a restaurant and the food was fantastic. The appetizers, main course, fresh rum punch and dessert were all well received. From a server to bartender to personal chef, her story is an inspiration to all. Our menu had a Caribbean theme and was fresh, colorful and didn't weigh me down even thought I ate EVERYTHING. The only things missing were the sand, sun and tropical breeze. I would hire The Platinum Private Chef again in a heartbeat.
