All of the accompanying dishes were astounding and at one point the room fell silent as they all devoured and relished their meals. The entire experience was painless for me as hostesses- he arrived with all of his own things, handmade each dish all day and in the evening after serving he cleaned and packed everything. I had no setup, no cleanup and no worries. I was able to enjoy the party as well as delight the senses of each of our guests. I believe no one in the room had experienced anything like that before. We ate at a Michelin restaurant the night before and this meal was better. One of the guests had returned from Copenhagen that day dining all week in food heaven and even she said this meal rivaled her Copenhagen adventure. James is the consummate professional, he's also a wonderful human whose company is appreciated by all. Nothing seems beyond his scope and it is clear he loves his work.
