I was so loyal to Thrive I literally had not gone to any other dispensary since I moved to Maryland but I don't want to go anymore because whenever I go to shop with my partner I literally am not allowed to talk at the counter at ALL. I get laws or whatever but I had a thread go viral about this experience that leads me to believe that talking at dispensaries in Maryland is allowed even if you're not purchasing.. because couples with a shared income exist. Idk I feel like if we both checked in at the desk confirming we are both legal and loyalty members.. why can't I ask questions about product WE are purchasing? anyways.. Broken Puffco Proxy droplet that I got a day ago I semi understand not doing a refund and fine I had used it once or twice but I called about it and didn't really feel heard, even if there isn't much the store can do I just spent a lot of money on a broken piece and saying you doubt that it happened since it's brand new really sucks when the piece is sitting right in front of me my favorite dispensary but I can't give them my money anymore. read more

That problem was I could not find a dispensary with grown up adult staff, that was knowledgeable, instantly friendly, immediately helpful, and got to me and processed my order in record time. That problem is now taken care of and I could not be happier that I have discovered this place. I will no longer make the truck to solomon's. I will no longer drive to the doldrums of hughesville. Nope now that I live in the Dunkirk Maryland area a quick little hike up north and all my recreational needs will be fulfilled, and fulfilled at a very competitive if not the best prices around. I arrived at there store at 7:40 3-11-2025 To a closed store. Actually ridiculous, if you're store hours say you're open till 8, you stay open till 8. Not everyone can come during the day. Continuity between Thrive and the website where you place your order is none existent. "Dutch". Who's Dutch?Thrive is a national chain. I don't understand why "Dutch" and Thrive don't have the same order numbers. Not sure why "Dutch" doesn't identify the seller "your order is ready for pick up " dats it. I placed an order online and tried to walk in after watching another group walk in right before me. They told me I could get my order that was already ready because it was 10 minutes to 6 and they already closed their registers. But that was a lie because I could see through the window that the group before me was actively placing their order. So if they are still actively ordering, clearly the registers weren't closed. Kamryn was my bud tender and she was extremely rude and busy flirting with her manager boyfriend who also was extremely rude. The makeshift parking lot signs and speed bumps will destroy your vehicle. There's literally and orange cone in the middle of the road with a sign directing you to drive over these extremely large speed bumps and if you try to avoid them to spare your vehicle kamryns manager boyfriend will yell at you . I don't recommend this low end dispensary on the outskirts of beautiful Annapolis. I'll be taking my business to a better dispensary. read more

Been going here from the first day open in Annapolis, purchase small amounts and make the experience part of my day. I spend over 1k a month at this Location but as of today that relationship is over. Up until today I had been treated with the upmost respect with a great staff. Like everything, that ended today. I had never been treated so disrespectful at this location but will not be going back had rather drive farther or pay more than go back. Been going here awhile and prices for flower over 30% THC have just increased. You won't find 30% thc flower under $50. I went right down the street to a competitor bought the exact same flower Thrive had advertised for 10$ cheaper. Love the service here hate the prices! read more

I used to love coming here but the older white woman at the counter is so unnecessarily rude and nasty and it seemed like it might've been racially motivated because the clear tone and attitude change with the older white people behind me was more than noticeable.
