If you have "puff preferences", my only suggestion is to buy 2 of what you like FIRST. Then, Open ONE. Next, replace your home-stocked puff preference AS SOON as you unseal your second product. Customers can buy a spare as "stock" just like any store can run out of stocking your preference. It's just a little smoke shop but it's BIG on 5 star customer service. I respect THAT. Find your buy/home-stock "balance" and keep that buying routine. You'll never have to wait on a shipment coming in or having to return to get what you prefer. Then take pride in giving ALL YOUR business to a local shop that works to earn every customers loyalty. I come to Smoke Shack because of the outstanding customer service that you will not find anywhere else. If they're out of stock I don't mind coming back but I plan around it and shared my method so you can too. Matt was wonderful attentive, helpful and makes excellent recommendations upon request. It's no surprise that this little shop has associates like Matt who are dedicated to a standard of excellence that is palpable. I see pride in Matts performance so each guest has a pleasant experience and he can end each day certain of it. I actually look forward to stopping by when passing through. He also allowed a young lady to that seemed to be anywhere from 14-16 to purchase something. He was also quite nice to this young lady, when he was quick to have an attitude with both me and my girlfriend (which I'd say we both are quite polite) as well as a nice elderly woman I spoke briefly with outside the store prior to this interaction. This desk clerk seemed to be quite shady as he acted as if he was running a 1920s illegal speakeasy. My experience with this store has been unprofessional to say the least. I'm not here to hangout, I think I can speak for everyone when I say I'm here to pick up my stuff and leave. Just like when you go to the liquor store, I want to pick it up and go home. It's a "designer" dispo, that makes the lobby feel exclusive, so you don't mind waiting 40 min. There are legit 40 people on a shift not doing shit, fr counted about 24 people in the back. When you finally get back to make a purchase you have to look off an iPad, barely anything is displayed. THEN they can't even turn around to grab the product, they have to message someone upstairs to bring it down. The person upstairs packages the products very nicely, just for the sales person to unwrap it, show it to you, and then take 5 min to try and wrap it nicely again. This sales model is so dumb. I have also order ahead online, sat in the car for 37 min. Why would you come outside without the product and card reader. You tell them what spot your in from the link to your order, so why would you come out to the car empty handed ask who I am and take another 10 min to come out with the product and card reader. But mind blowingly people love this place. I say go to an uglier dispo, get in and get out.
