Shitty experience 0 Stars but I had to put 1 to leave a comment. But the last 5 times this is exactly why I go to Gold leaf and prefer Gold leaf WILL NOT be returning I've given Mana Edgewater multiple chances, but I'm done shopping here. The staff always seem way too impaired or distracted, and it shows in the quality of service. I paid for a 2-gram disposable and was sold a 1-gram disposable instead. When I brought it to their attention, I was told I had to contact the vape manufacturer rather than the dispensary taking responsibility for selling me the wrong product. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles them matters. Instead of making it right, they passed the problem off to someone else. That's unacceptable customer service. This is exactly why I choose Gold Leaf now. I've had much better experiences there, and I have more confidence that I'll get the correct product and better customer service. read more

This place will have you set pre-orders, then text you your order has been picked, and is ready for pick up. When you get there, they will tell you your order is longer in stock. 5/5 location to me. You crate your own experience. If you wish to pick up your product in person, you can arrange that. If you wish to pick up your product without leaving your vehicle, you can arrange that as well. Personally, I have only used their drive-thru online pick-up order option and every time I've been seen under 15 minutes - with waiting behind other cars and one specific time when I arrived outside of my pickup time. Gonna call out some of these bad reviews and say the majority of those sound like poor preparation on the customers behalf. Been going here for a little over a year now and haven't had a single negative experience. Their products are very affordable and right away you are greeted, met with smiles. Everyone I've encountered is knowledgeable and kind. As long as you know the general idea of what you're looking for, have your ID or an account setup with them already it should be a breeze. It should be common sense if it's your first time coming here you give yourself additional time and don't come last minute when they're about to close. It obviously takes some time to get entered into their system + doesn't matter where you're going. It's always reasonable to give yourself more than enough time, prices are also affordable. Saw some about it being overpriced or having a difficult experience. I'm not sure what about the process would be difficult, there have always been 3-4 employees on the sales floor. First medical cannabis dispensary in the greater Annapolis area. Opened quickly in an old bank. Good use of space! Very friendly and easy to get in and out of by car only. Near Lee Airport and the bridge. Don't be concerned if you see a lot of people in the small waiting room, it is tiny but they move quickly. LOTS of inventory. Products for people with chronic pain or other issues. Yes, they do have products that only help the pain and don't get you high. Prices are great compared to other dispensaries near DC. read more

I have supported this location a few times and each time has been ok. The few people I dealt with seemed friendly enough. Wish it was a bit more "newbie friendly" but I can understand how having to review products with different people all day can become monotonous. Solid 3 stars. Some of the folks that work here are absolute gems and will go out of their way to help you and make sure you get what you need (Betty...we see you!) But I'm starting to find these folks fewer and far between at the Edgewater location. I live in Edgewater and was willing to defend Mana to the death, but their pricing and service decline has led me to take my business elsewhere. For what it's worth, it seems like they are trying to be more competitive with their daily deals but is it enough, and is it too late? Only time will tell. I hope they make it, it's nice to have a drive thru dispensary in the area. read more

They sold shake /trim in place of a bag of small buds and tried to tell me that you can use the shake /trim for smoking. You absolutely cannot use the stems and leaves in those bags for smoking, they're for DIY edibles, tropicals, and tinctures. These folks are not well versed in their product or product replacement. They came up to the car and took my order so I never got to see the replacement bag. When I called they fed me a bunch of nonsense and said they'd give me five dollars toward my next purchase. I spent 40 on bag of shake and trim I don't need, $5 isn't quite cutting it. Go elsewhere, there are other places with more knowledgeable staff and more honest employees. The employee told me that he uses the shake and trim to stretch his flower, absolutely not. They are lost here, take your money elsewhere. Very disappointed in this experience. Oh and my name was in the system WRONG, they didn't accurately check my ID and when I called to ask why they replaced small buds with shake and trim they couldn't initially find me because they had my last name in the system as medmark. The employee actually asked if that was once my last name. This place is a hot mess. read more

The front receptionist was nice and welcoming. There were a few people in the waiting room and she kept us all laughing as we filled out paperwork. Brittany helped me in the back and she made enough of an impression that I'll probably ask for her in the future. Big bonus for this millennial- their menu is online! I already knew what I wanted before I went in, so I was pretty in and out. I heard some other people talking to staff more in-depth about their offerings and I'm glad to hear them taking the time to do that. Docking one star because when I visited they hadn't started a rewards program yet like most dispensaries in the area. Our medicine is already an investment, help us out, lol. I'm also not much of a fan of the sheriff car out front. Every single dispensary I've been to had security, but I drove past this one on numerous occasions because of intimidation alone. Been here a few times, Nothing special but it is local. first couple times I was a little out of sorts with the cavalier unprofessional culture. But today I came in for a simple pick up. Only 1 car infront of me but that took 15 minutes, then when it was my turn I find out that their ATM doesn't work in the window so I had to come in and stand in line behind 4 people. By the time I got to the back I was fairly irate. They couldn't find my order, and having to wait another 15minutes in the back for them to ask me "debit or cash" .....are you Fricken Kidding Me! I bought a cartridge that I found out was completely busted and broken. I didn't have the receipt and, because I have a pack I put all my cartridges in, I didn't have the original packaging. They refused to help me out at all so I just spent $50 on a cartridge I didn't even use. Go to Gold Leaf down the street. Their prices are cheaper anyways. read more

I never had a problem with this dispensary until today, but I was sitting in my car for two minutes looking at the menu to decide what I wanted to get. The officer or if he was security was knocking on my window and ask what I was doing there , I explained I was looking at the menu too see what I was going to purchase. I felt like I was being harassed like im a criminal and said my Id wasn't good enough to prove I was a patient and then I went outside and the employee saw me and he realized I am one of there regulars . I felt like I was being discriminated against ! If I could rate zero stars I would . I've spent so much money over there and I will never be going back ! Little bit disappointed. While the people were nice, very helpful and accommodating the flower was sub par. I purchased two untrimmed eighths of Pie Crust and when I got it home it was so wet that it could not be ground, period. It was almost as if I was trying to smoke Play Doh.
