The amount of products are rather overwhelming and confusing. This time was different. I entered into the fairly new Vitamin Shoppe, which is next to the Verizon Wireless store in the new shopping center in Gambrills. I wanted to check out a few vitamins that could improve my work out and health. I was greeted by the awesome manager, Sonya. She took time to find out what my vitamin needs are and she explained a few products that could possibly work for me. After asking me what I currently take and what I want to achieve with the vitamins, Sonya made her suggestions and urged me to check with my personal trainer and doctor for what I actually need. I've never had anyone literally walk me through a vitamin store and explain the products. Sonya even offered to write down the items she suggested so I can do some research before making my purchase. She was very personable, friendly and extremely helpful! I truly appreciate her taking the time to assist my vitamin needs and not try to sell me items that aren't necessary for me. Stellar customer service!!!! I shall return after I complete my homework.

I mentioned that I previously left two requests for a return call and no one called. Donna informed me that Nurse Shannon says that she was waiting to talk to Nurse Shaylyn about a document that I requested. In either of my phone calls. I never mentioned why I was requesting a return call because I wanted to report Donna's demeanor. Moments later, I visited the office and requested to speak with Nurse Shannon. I was told that she was not available and that she had no availability to speak with me today. I was now told that I needed an appointment to speak with Nurse Shannon and that the next availability was on 11/14/23. I insisted that I would be willing to wait however long it took to speak with Nurse Shannon because this is a time sensitive issue. Donna called the police to tell them that I would not leave. Aww I accepted the 11/14/23 appointment and left the office. I have never been treated this way by a doctor or their staff and I do not appreciate being treated in this manner.
