I bought it and decided to enjoy it in their lounge while my motorcycle was repaired at Chesapeake Cycles. I bought the Lord Baltimore (and a Cohiba Riviera) from a friendly chap at the register and inquired about the lounge... the cheap cigar I bought was the admission fee. They provided a cut and light station, and once inside, a wealth of leather chairs, tray-tables, and spirits were on offer. The recommended cigar was a delight and the lounge was exactly what I would have wanted it to be.

When I was previously told that "everything is for sale," I took that at face value. I made a special trip specifically to purchase Pembroke, only to be told I could buy just two tins. That experience left me feeling disappointed, disrespected, and honestly hurt. I had thought I was considered a good customer and that the relationship I had built with the shop meant something. I fully understand a business can set limits on rare products. What was difficult was the inconsistency between what had been communicated to me and what happened when I arrived. For me, it was not just about tobacco--it was about feeling undervalued as a loyal customer. If you have "puff preferences", my only suggestion is to buy 2 of what you like FIRST. Then, Open ONE. Next, replace your home-stocked puff preference AS SOON as you unseal your second product. Customers can buy a spare as "stock" just like any store can run out of stocking your preference. It's just a little smoke shop but it's BIG on 5 star customer service. I respect THAT. Find your buy/home-stock "balance" and keep that buying routine. You'll never have to wait on a shipment coming in or having to return to get what you prefer. Then take pride in giving ALL YOUR business to a local shop that works to earn every customers loyalty. I come to Smoke Shack because of the outstanding customer service that you will not find anywhere else. If they're out of stock I don't mind coming back but I plan around it and shared my method so you can too. Matt was wonderful attentive, helpful and makes excellent recommendations upon request. It's no surprise that this little shop has associates like Matt who are dedicated to a standard of excellence that is palpable. The lady then tried to explain that she had a medical card and this man shouted "Get out of my store you dumb bi***!" This man made me feel very uncomfortable and scared my girlfriend. He also allowed a young lady to that seemed to be anywhere from 14-16 to purchase something. He was also quite nice to this young lady, when he was quick to have an attitude with both me and my girlfriend (which I'd say we both are quite polite) as well as a nice elderly woman I spoke briefly with outside the store prior to this interaction. This desk clerk seemed to be quite shady as he acted as if he was running a 1920s illegal speakeasy. My experience with this store has been unprofessional to say the least. This sales associate should be fired.
