Wow this was another nice vape shop I didn't know about. Immediately greeted with but the manager from across the room as he was tending to his customers. As I walked in you can see their display of regulated devices, mechanical devices, tanks, RDAs and accessories. Huge selection of juice and even has a rewards program giving you the option to get free juices even devices. I was in yesterday to exchange a bad pod for my Suorin drop vape. Only one chamber was being used. The other side of the pod, they told was probably blocked by a piece of plastic. They wrote it off as a manufacturers issue and wouldn't replace the piece for me even though I had been in earlier in the day to buy juice and go in there on a weekly basis because it is on my way home. But no more. I don't support businesses that won't support the product they sell. CRAPPY service so I am now a customer across town at Vape Vine. Thanks 180, for nothing. read more

Vape 180 Bay Ridge Rocks! 01-30-18 Went to Vape 180 on Bay Ridge Road this evening. What a wonderful experience! I was looking to get my first Vaping kit and what a great place to get started! Upon entering I was greeted by Lexi. She was cordial and professional. Nate was speaking with customer/resident expert Kerri. Forgive me if I have gotten your name wrong but you Rock! What a wonderful lady! Nate and Lexi actually are staff in the store and they were wonderful! They answered my questions and explained things that a newbie should know. I am a newbie to vaping and they explained the various devices and juices. Vape 180 has quite the assortment of juices and the various flavors and levels of nicotine you will want. Lexi and Nate explained things in easy to understand language and did not make me feel subordinate because I was a newbie and just learning things. That is a wonderful feeling! Went here yesterday for a replacement box mod. Not the biggest selection of mods, RDAs but there juice selection is pretty big. The biggest thing about this shop that you don't find else where is the customer service. It was my only time here but the guy behind the counter was super helpful and didn't mind helping us with whatever we needed. It's refreshing since most vape shops you go into for some reason have a stick up there ass and act like they have something better to do. Keep it up read more

They run a little hugh on their prices, but I'm used to online ordering. With that said, I keep coming back because their staff are always up for answering questions and make sure you leave satisfied every time. It's worth it to buy here for the expertise and education they provide, if not the customer service itself. Been going to vape 180 for about 2 yrs now after today will never go back! Bought a product about 2 weeks ago that suddenly stopped working yesterday and they refuse to exchange it never dealt with such poor management practices b4 . I have purchased 3 mods 3 separate tanks and accessories and countless juices cant believe they would let a customer walk away over a measly 30$ but it made no difference to them i will definitely not be returning to their store ever ! I thought the whole purpose of buying from a store and paying the high markup was the customer service but with this place why bother? such disappointment go to vape loft or vape vine DO NOT GO HERE!!! read more

DO NOT SHOP HERE. 10/10 Most awful experience I've ever had at a vape shop. Don't waste your time. Go to Vape Loft in Edgewater instead. I promise you'll have a better time. I bought a tank for my mod that turned out to be extremely defective and dangerous. It was arcing because it was poorly designed. I went in for the 4th time to go get it looked at and the owner of the shop, Ryan, which is apparently well known for his poor attitude and mistreatment of customers, rudely told me he didn't take returns and told me he would "fix it." He looked at it for about ten seconds, tinkered with it, and told me there didn't seem to be any problem with it. I tried to use it again and it was still awfully broken. I called him back and he told me very rudely that he wasn't going to refund me or repair it, and told me I could see him in court if I had a problem. His team is good, but he doesn't deserve any of them. Go to Vape Loft in Edgewater instead. Great selection, wonderful people, better location, and much more knowledgeable staff. When I first started vaping, I went here regularly. I didn't know what I was buying and the staff seemed cool. I bought a vaporizer based on owner recommendations. Next time I went to get atomizers, the owner asked me what box and tank I had. I told him and he said, "you don't want that box ... where'd you get it?" I told him his store. He then asked who told me to get it. I said, "you did." So he recommended a box and then trashed it next time I was at his store. Really? Then I find out the retail markup on the tank and box I got was over 50% on both. I don't expect to get online pricing at a retail store, but 50%+ is ridiculous. As if that wasn't annoying enough, every time I went in to buy liquid, they would try to pitch a different liquid. Then my box stopped working after 2 months and instead of replacing it, they said they'd give me a $5 credit. Um yeah... thanks. I can get two Big Macs for $5. I refuse to go here now. You're better off going somewhere else of buying online. read more

Ryan and his staff are knowledgable about all the new products and make you feel like this is a family. This is the only Vape shop that has a huge selection of Vapes including 120 ml bottles. If you are a regular vaper or a new one, they can steer you through the tools of the trade. If you have time, sit down, enjoy a cup of coffee, have a new vape and enjoy the atmosphere. Great customer service, stopped by on Sunday to get my first vape kit. The guy who helped me was very patient and explained everything. The first place I went to off 301 tried to sell me their most expensive kit without factoring that this was my first buy and wanted to start with something small. I ended up buying the Suorin Air and I like it so far. Ryan came out to talk to us for quite a while and offered some advise without trying to get us to buy the most expensive stuff. The atmosphere of the store was also very welcoming, it felt like I was with the cool kids. I have to drive from Upper Marlboro to buy my supplies from them and it's definitely worth the drive. read more

Nice spot. The sales associate was courteous and prompt with service. The only reason I'm not giving it a full 5 stars is because the bar area was a bit messy and crowded, and if you're a new customer walking in (like I was) it feels like you're intruding. This place is by far the worst vape shop in the area there customer service sucks and they have alot of stuff but alot of product doesn't make for a great store I'm going to have to say hard pass on this shop it's just not great and just take your money elseware it's not worth it plus they are quite pricey not as pricey as vape vine or vape loft but still pretty pricey read more

I have been in this shop a few times, each time I have gone in I'm more and more disappointed. First there product selection is sub pair compared to most other shops in the area. I can in today and had to wait for the employee to finish talking to his girl friend on the phone let alone no background music and no other choice but to listen to his phone conversation. My brother started going to this vape shop when it first opened and actually started working there. was there for a long time and never actually convinced me to vape. may i remind you i smoked 2 packs of cigarettes a day. i knew the owner ryan who is an amazing human being with the greatest attitude towards life. beyond helpful. type of person to take his shirt off of his back for a stranger. the only thing was i didn't want to quit smoking until sitting down with him and really getting into detail about everything. i eventually made the leap of faith into it and started vaping. the juices i got were amazing and that was the big thing for me. i tried multiple juices over years off of my brothers vape. and didn't like any single one of them. then they went the extra mile to bring in more new juices. and they kept getting better and better. the prices are great it's not expensive what so ever. and as far as health there house juice is 100% VG. which is also amazing. the owner has gone above and beyond with this place. soon after vaping for my self i went and got into the vaping industry with this company and i can't express it enough how respectful and how much integrity this place has. such a welcoming environment. and more importantly how honest it is. if it weren't for this place i would still be smoking. and if it weren't for this place idk where i would be with my life. i can't thank the owner enough ! read more
