Edit 8/11/20 I recently placed an order on Monday the 3rd and paid for shipping (better then standard shipping) and I've been calling and emailing them. I finally got ahold of someone and he was a complete asshole. First off when there's a issue don't be rude about it, he explained it wasn't their problem due to the fact "it left their facility" I know Covid has been an on going issue and I understand that but the fact I've been trying to call for days now and when I finally get someone on the phone I'm being spoken too with a condescending tone? I should be refunded my shipping I paid and at this point just be charged for the juice.... They have some amazing juice as I said previously in my post review years ago, I still had a issue with delivery and YEARS later it's the same damn thing. I'm from ny and I've ordered lunar harvest from the king of the cloud line up and it's amazing! Really wish the store was closer so I could actually go in! Check them out or online! It's a shame that this shop isn't closer to me because it's a great B&M! Not only is it one of the few B&Ms that does military discounts, but they have regular offers/specials for liquid. All their liquid is made to order, in house, in clean room. They have an great line of flavors that is always expanding to cater to their clientele. They are also one of the few B&Ms that opened because they are Vapers...respect. They're also releasing their own mod! Overall, the knoll is just a great place to go, hangout, and vape. Great business! Great employees! What a great experience! One "downside" that isn't really a downside at all at the retail store... So I wasn't expecting the blast of delicious vape aromas thick in the air when I swung open the doors but you know what, it's actually kind of nice after a minute or two of basking in it! No points taken away, in fact can I give bonus points for this?! Reminds me of being in bars when you could smoke indoors, only it smells like candy and fruits. So, having quit smoking for a couple months cold turkey this year, I slowly began buying a pack on the weekend the last couple months. I had tried ecigs before of various brands and flavors but, well, none of them ever really did the trick. I always went back to smoking the real deal. Ladies and gentlemen, The Vaper's Knoll is churning out amazing "juice" for your vaping pleasure. What a refreshing difference it has made for me by simply using quality juice in what is just a cheap entry-level clearorizer! Cheap as chips and you can try a lot of their menu before you buy. Of course they carry all the high end mods, etc but the younger gent behind the counter suggested I try the entry level one first, make sure I dig it before committing to a more expensive one. Wow, it took me years to find a car mechanic that honest! So what they do... Offer juice of various nicotine strengths, volumes of juice, and more flavors than you can shake a stick at. And it's made fresh to order using high quality USA-made juice. Literally, made to order while you wait (I waited maybe 5/10 minutes?). Just like your favorite take out! (probably cleaner than that lo mein too...) These guys are professional and courteous, especially to new Vapers! Can't thank them enough for getting me out of the ecigs and into vaping, and for much less money too! I'm quickly learning it's a whole new world of not-smoking out there. Will I break down and have the occasional cigarette? Let's not kid ourselves, most likely yes. Awesome people, awesome liquid! Knowledgable staff, well worth the trip! We now have three lounges that we will regularly visit. Vapevine is about 10-15 minutes away from Knoll, and Myst is about 20 minutes away from our house. So make a round trip and get the juices we absolutely love, supporting small businesses in our county, and get the friendly, personal customer experience that has quickly dwindled with society.... The pro shop is also open now and it is gorgeous! Extra seating, e-liquid bar, great prices.... I'm beginning to find out that not only is the vaping community a friendly community, the lounges that serve the vaping community are more than businesses.... They are definitely part of the community and can quickly become like family. read more

Came by this place by chance, turns out it was a good find. From what I understand, they were originally an ejuice company making juices for vaping, then decided to go retail after a few years. This would explain why I can get my ejuice made to order, to my exact request and spec, while I wait. It also explains why their house juice is probably the best I've had without having to pay for a premium juice. You get a lot of flavor with their regular juice, they're really well blended. If it says "blueberry", you're going to taste blueberry. I would highly recommend the Magic Mangorita, Pon Pon and Caribbean Cruise. I think they have something like 40 to choose from. This place also makes the King Of The Cloud premium line of juices, which are also priced right. Since the KOTC is max VG, I need a dripper before I can try them out. read more

I really like the knowledge of the employees and how happy they are to help with questions or concerns. They are happy to show you products and teach you how to operate items that might be new to you. I would have given 5 stars but the stopped carrying my dual coil cartridges by smok :( other than that this is a fantastic place for vaping needs :) read more

Let me first start by saying. TERRIBLE customer service. We drove an hour and fifteen minutes away and arrived at 9 after having already called and them telling us they were open Til 10. When we got There they were locked. Calling as we were outside an employee told Us they closed at 845 due to no customers for 30 min. When we told him there were three customers outside he proceeded to tell us the cash register was already closed and he couldn't let us in. Very disappointing and will NEVER be back. Great shop with a nice lounge/tasting bar to try all of their house made fresh juices or just hang out in. Try their premium King of the Cloud line or some of the house standards. Most juice is custom made on the spot based on your flavor preferences and nicotine level. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly, even to those of us not really into the vaping 'scene'. Vapers Knoll is one of several vape shops near me, most of them have recently opened. I try all of the stores, especially those that make their own juice, and go in unbiased despite any reviews I may have heard. Vapers Knoll makes their own juices, has a large selection that you can sample before you commit to, and a great atmosphere. It isn't far from 100 so it's easy to get to. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend it over another store that recently opened close by that also crafts their own juice. read more

This place has the worst customer service ever!!! I have been there maybe four times and have walked out three of those four times. I loathe going to this place. I stopped in there today (6/5/14) while on my way to work and there were at least 8 people waiting to be helped. There wasn't an employee in sight. A Fedex guy walked in to make a delivery and had to wait ten minutes for someone to sign for the package. I will NEVER give this place my business again. read more

Interesting concept being new to the vape scene. I just wished they didnt make me feel so awkward when I came in... and why is there a couch in the side room? I could see its for the employees while they vape.... I feel like if your not in the "clique" your just not in. Besides the awkwardness I actually would brave it again just to get their juice very yummy and they make it on spot. read more

I found this place about a year ago and now its my go to spot for juice! They have great inhouse flavors,my fav is Schnozberry. The staff there is knowledgeable and best of all they are helpful without being Vape Snobs. Theres nothing worse than going into a shop and being treated like you don't know anything about vaping and when they act as if they are the ultimate guide to everything Vape. Anyways back to T .V.K they expanded the shop earlier this year and now occupy the space next door. They did it up right with a full size bar,it's like your in a real bar but no alcohol ohwell. Anyways further back they have some couches and a huge tv on the wall for anyone who feels like just hanging out. For a brick and mortar store the prices are pretty decent and they have a great loyalty program for inhouse juice blends. Buy 5-30ML bottles get 1 free.The selection of hardware could use some improvements as theres not alot to choose from. There is way too many choices out there for them to be so limited in the selection.Theres no way for a B+M to compete with the internets great selection of knock offs and they might not want to sell the knock off stuff. Beware of other shops that will sell knock offs at real prices ( shop near the courthouse,sold me a atty with a fake manufactures scratch off code. no wonder they had to change the name) All in all T.V.K. has a great staff with a cool chill spot andgreat juice= worth driving past 2 other shops to get to The Vapers Knoll. read more

The 2 star rating is for their customer service. For instance, I went in and spent just about $200.00 on a new box mod and an rda and informed them that I did not know how to wrap coils. The kid told me he would show me, he spent more time talking to his buddies while I sat at the "pro shop" and just watched. I did find this unprofessional and that will be the last time that I buy any hardware from this shop. Another instance was I went in to buy some juice a few weeks ago, when I say I wanted to buy juice I will easily spend $150 to $200 bucks on juice as that is about all the knoll is good for, anyway the young lady working the counter seemed to be bothered by me asking her for some help. Don't get me wrong, I am no spring chicken and am easily one of the oldest dudes when I go in there but they make you feel that way, like you do not belong. My review will not out weigh all the 5 star reviews but I think that it important that others know that they are better shops around and most of the time I will drive out of Pasadena to go to one of those shops just so I do not have to deal with their crappy customer service. I did not have the best first time experience in this shop. It may be a ok place to order online but I'm not sure I would give them a chance. I walked inside and stood in front of the counter for ten min or more and was never asked if I needed help with something but when a customer walked in that they seemed to know they jumped right up to help her. I feel like they should cater to the new customers cause that's how your gonna grow a business thru word of mouth but they seem to only wanna cater to the regulars so they will just continue to get the same people. I don't have anything good to say about them except the juice was good but the customer service sucked. Even when they were done making my juice it just sat up on the counter til I told them that my juice was ready because they were to busy fixing each other's equipment. It was a very disappointing experience for me and I seriously doubt I would ever return which is sad cause I know quite a bit of people that r looking for a good vapor shop and I also try a lot of different juice myself. read more
