It's a small shop, sandwiched between a barber and a liquor store, but inside is quite lovely. I always get sidetracked by the glass pretties, even when I have no intention or money to buy them. I feel like any good smoke shop should be like walking into a crystal palace. If it's not sparkling and making me oh&ah, I'm not impressed. We picked up three different cigars, which I am sure will be appreciated. And I know where I'm going next time I need smoke supplies or a new b0ng (are we allowed to say that word in public yet?). I've tried most of the places in and around Baltimore. Not only do they sell name brand juice here, they have house juice mixed on site. I go with the house juice (410 mix). A 30ml bottle is about a dollar more than Netmix but I think the flavor is better. It's actually cheaper in the long run because they have a generous rewards card. Also the nicotine content can be custom ordered to whatever you want. Most places will only do 24mg, 18mg, 12mg, 8mg, etc. this place will do any mg of nicotine from 0 - 24. It makes it a lot easier to lower the nicotine, every 3 weeks I go down 1mg and don't even notice. Down to 5mg! Anyway give this place a shot, it's totally worth it.

Are you serious??! It was already an opened bottle!!! For a company not to stand behind its products and sell me an already opened bottle and not let me return it in place of another I think is ridiculous!!! Especially since I paid almost $50 for a previously opened bottle!!!I WILL NOT be returning to this store! I was also told by another place that they ARE NOT ALLOWED to even sell previously opened or tester bottles so why do they think it's ok to sell me a previously opened bottle and not at the very least exchange it or offer my money back!!!! Perhaps I should make some calls to this and get them to do what is only right because I could always call whomever I need to call to make a complaint about being sold an already opened bottle which now to my knowledge they are not even allowed to do.
