I've been there a few times and planned on making this my go to while in town but today I have decided that I would rather fight traffic to go to my usual Vape Chalet coZ today I was in a pinch and went to Harbor Vapor and they didn't have much of anything and girl behind counter sold me a bottle that was already opened and I paid almost $50 for a bottle of juice so I got it home and put only a few drops in my vape coz they don't let you taste before buying and I totally did not like the flavor and called back to see if I could trade it for another flavor and she wouldn't let me saying I already opened the bottle!!! Are you serious??! It was already an opened bottle!!! For a company not to stand behind its products and sell me an already opened bottle and not let me return it in place of another I think is ridiculous!!! Especially since I paid almost $50 for a previously opened bottle!!!I WILL NOT be returning to this store! I was also told by another place that they ARE NOT ALLOWED to even sell previously opened or tester bottles so why do they think it's ok to sell me a previously opened bottle and not at the very least exchange it or offer my money back!!!! Perhaps I should make some calls to this and get them to do what is only right because I could always call whomever I need to call to make a complaint about being sold an already opened bottle which now to my knowledge they are not even allowed to do. I do not ever write bad reviews unless 100% warranted and this one I feel is DEFINITELY warranted!! I'll take my money elsewhere and will NEVER be returning to this store! Harbor Vapor - Love this - Vape Shops Near Me - Baltimore, Maryland

Have been to Harbor Vapor about three or four times since it's the closest vape shop to my house. They are always welcoming and the place is on the cozy side of industrial, but it's definitely not the first choice for my vaping needs. I'll explain why below: -A few months ago my husband needed a new battery, an upgrade from his basic battery, and went straight to Harbor Vapes. The nice person there showed him some features for a minute or two, and then told him to read the manual. When that battery had an unfortunately swim in the Bay, we went somewhere else local to replace it. The person we bought the new set up from spent easily 20 minutes explaining various aspects of his new device and vaping in general. (It should probably be noted that we are relatively recent, six month, converts to vaping.) -While taste is personal, I've never been able to find juice to my particular liking there. I assume that some people like their selection, but it's definitely not what I'd carry in the vape shop in my mind. --Their prices are out of line. I don't mean like a few dollars higher--which I understand being in a relatively prime location and not some out of the way strip mall where many vape shops are located-- I'm talking about jaw dropping, multiple percentage times higher. For example, I bought my Evod Mega kit at another local vape shop for about $25 or so. I needed an emergency replacement, and got one there for just under $40. I've recently been looking at Kanger Subox starter kit, which seems to run about $55-60 online. I understand brick and mortar stores being more expensive than their ecommerce cousins, but Harbor Vapes had them for a whopping $94! I'm glad they are there in case I have a vaping emergency, however, given a choice, I'd go elsewhere. read more

I discovered Harbor Vapor shortly after they first opened, when Sal and his wife were there everyday. I was impressed. The selection and service were outstanding. The day I bought my first kit was the last day I smoked a cigarette. I couldn't have been more pleased and told absolutely everyone I knew what a pleasure it was doing business with them. Through the years I bought an additional 3 kits from them, and remained happy and satisfied. About 3 weeks ago i purchased an eleaf istick power 80w unit from them. Sal and his wife were not in the shop: I dealt with an employee...a tall thin attractive pleasant enough guy who seemed knowledgeable. The unit I purchased was the last one (the display model in the case) I stopped by about two weeks later and the young man helped me with the "lock" feature. I also told him the problem with the unit was that I was getting less than a full days use with a full charge and I thought this unit may be defective. He told me that was not unusual, all sales were final, and that he would not refund or exchange the unit, but would give me 15% off if I purchased a new product. I had paid approx $60 for the unit. I told him I could have bought the same product on ebay for 29.99. I had never questioned pricing at the shop. I believe in supporting local businesses....but expect outstanding service in return. His response was a lame explanation of high volume internet sales coupled with third party distribution. All I wanted was to be pleased with my purchase. I ended up ordering a second identical unit off ebay for $29.99 /free shipping from My Vapors in Tustin, CA. After having received it and used it now going on day three, I still have over 25% battery life from the initial full charge. I was right...the unit from Harbor Vapor was either defective or had been used a great deal as a demo model. I've never been one to complain or question, unless I felt the cause was justified. My purpose in writing this is only to inform Sal and his wife that unfortunately as your business grows, it's not uncommon for the level of service your long time customers have come to expect is no longer offered. I hope my experience with the employee I dealt with was the exception rather than the rule. However, my dealings with him changed my rating from 5 stars to `1 star. It only takes one employee to quickly destroy an outstanding reputation a business owner has worked for years to establish. Sal... I miss you being in the shop. read more
