You see, they don't have telephone customer support, so I had to email them. Well, Jason replied almost instantly, but he said he was forwarding my request to someone else due to a certain question I had. So, I emailed him back to ask him to answer the other questions. Been waiting over 45 minutes for ANY of them to reply. When your sales agents are this complacent, it costs the company sales. That's what it did with me, and now I'm taking my business elsewhere. All 3 questions were simple questions that could've been answered in less than 15 seconds each, so I really didn't appreciate being put on the back-burner like they could care less about me as a potential customer.

Ofc they are here to make $ but they aren't pushy or disrespectful in any way shape or form, they make sure you are satisfied. I love how they don't try to act as of they "know everything" and when in doubt help you figure out what you need by doing the foot work for you i.e. looking up info about products, inquiring about different items if you ask. They even offered to order in certain things if they don't have it/normally carry it. Their dedication shows in how the store is managed and it's refreshing especially in today's world. I finally got ahold of someone and he was a complete asshole. First off when there's a issue don't be rude about it, he explained it wasn't their problem due to the fact "it left their facility" I know Covid has been an on going issue and I understand that but the fact I've been trying to call for days now and when I finally get someone on the phone I'm being spoken too with a condescending tone? I should be refunded my shipping I paid and at this point just be charged for the juice.... They have some amazing juice as I said previously in my post review years ago, I still had a issue with delivery and YEARS later it's the same damn thing.
