I was a customer via my husband first then I also started vaping and they were incredibly helpful, nonjudgmental with my lack of vape knowledge, friendly, great discounts and rewards, and just an overall great vibe! I moved away and our new vape shop is also ran by a woman. I am proud to say I took a leap of faith and applied for a job with them. I've now been helping run 3 stores for over a year. I rarely write reviews for places but I was so impressed by this place that I happened to stumble upon today that I just HAVE to leave a review. First of all, the employees working there today were sooooo friendly and beyond willing to go out of their way to accommodate things for you to your liking. For example, I'm a fan of menthol and the associate proceeded to tell me that they'll mix menthol to any flavor you want. They seemed pretty knowledgeable as well, and very personable. We sat and chatted with the employees for a little while and they seem so cool and down to earth. Secondly, they have a HUGE selection of equipment and flavors. I'm honestly blown away by how much they have to offer. The atmosphere is very chill and laid back. The only bummer is that it's kinda tucked away in a hard to see location. But trust me, if you're in this area and you're into vaping, you need to check out this place. You won't regret it. Another bummer is that they were out of the coils I needed BUT they assured me they were gonna order them for me and have them in soon, so I love their initiative. Two thumbs up. BEWARE!!! SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!! At first, everything seems great. Friendly people, all smiles and a comfortable environment. Until something goes wrong with your merchandise... That's when they show their true colors. I got a vaping device from BS Vapes and 30 days after purchase, it just stop working. After speaking to them on the phone, they told me to bring it back ASAP so they could send it back to the manufacturer within the warranty period. I should mention they had no clue what the warranty was! So, I took it back and they said they would call me as soon as they heard anything. After 2 weeks of waiting, I called for an update and the lady tells me they still had the device with them and they put it on rice to suck up the moist since I dropped it in a puddle of water. At this point I'm like "WTF"... I thought at first she had me confused with someone else. But no! According to her, the employee I dropped the device with told her "I said" that I dropped the device in water and therefore it stopped working. Of course, this was never the case! I never dropped it in water nor said I did, to anyone! Even if I did, why would I even take it back and tell them?!?! C'mon!!! Anyway, once I told her that I never said that, she said, and I quote "Well, whether you are lying or not, we are just trying to cover your ass." I couldn't believe my ears! Not only she is calling me a liar, she was lying to me herself! At this point I told her to forget about that and to please send the device back to the company. Again, they were supposed to call me as soon as they heard anything. After 6 weeks, I decided to call and the lady tells me the company inspected the device and there was nothing they could do because there was obvious customer damage. You can only image how I'm feeling at this point! I am 100% sure they never bothered to even contact the company to find out what the warranty was, much less even sent it to them for inspection. Moral of the story, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! I found the same device online directly from the manufacturer $10 less than what they sold it to me for. So in other words, do your research before spending you money in shady places like this. The only BS about BS Vapes is their business!!! read more

This is my favorite vape shop around!!! The selection of juices is incredible and I recommend almost every one on the premium list. Buy two get one free makes it perfect to try a juice you are worried you may not like and made me finally get through the entire list. Everyone is super knowledgeable and Ashley is always so personable and given some great recommendations on juice when I wanna try something new. The owners are super friendly and it's great seeing them in the shop showing how much they love there business. Highly recommend stopping in and checking them out! read more
