It's a small shop, sandwiched between a barber and a liquor store, but inside is quite lovely. I always get sidetracked by the glass pretties, even when I have no intention or money to buy them. I feel like any good smoke shop should be like walking into a crystal palace. If it's not sparkling and making me oh&ah, I'm not impressed. We picked up three different cigars, which I am sure will be appreciated. And I know where I'm going next time I need smoke supplies or a new b0ng (are we allowed to say that word in public yet?). Owner is great. Go check it out.

However, in the past few months, a new employee was hired and I have never had a positive interaction with him. Yesterday I called to ask if one of my favorite products had been restocked. He was very blunt and rude, just as he can be in person. He is always on the phone even when ringing people out. He also does not understand what items are in stock and is not familiar with the inventory.

They have the fine/"upscale" cigarettes and a pretty good cigar selection too. Don't think this is a pipe or smoking lounge though - it's not. It's purely for sales, but the staff was good while I was there and they even said I could buy cartons of cigarettes from them, or they could order them for me... which is great. I have select tastes in tobacco since I'm a very occasional smoker, so it was good I could have a place that caters to my sometimes weird whims.

Just three weeks ago I purchased a Kind Pen, (Jiggy). It stopped taking a charge. Of course, there's a warranty, BUT, you have to go through the manufacturer and wait 4-5 weeks to get a new pen. So obviously, no one would want to wait that long for a new device. So he tells me he will replace it for me and deal with the warranty on his own.... Except for he still expected me to buy a new one. That defeats the whole purpose! Horrible customer service. The stoner girl at the counter is barely helpful and the owner is even worse! The shop owners are very friendly and take the time to listen to what you are looking in order to match you up with a product that best fits your needs.
