My husband smokes 3-4 cigars a year, usually with friends at a celebration, so we weren't the best customers. But the proprietor delivered two cigars to our hotel when he had finished rolling them (great service!). We learned that they're good for a month, so my husband may be smoking stale ones whenever he hankers for one again. It was so hard to keep the heat from burning the shisha and the quick lights were going out very fast (2 in an hour). My first visit I was a little overwhelmed and just bought the coco charcoals and stuck them somewhere in my house. Today I figured I would just get a bigger tray and bigger bowl for my small hookah. Not to mention an additional hose. Well people were coming and going and I was all confused. The lady was like why don't you just buy a bigger hookah????? Duh Not what I had gone in for but it made sense. Looked at a larger Mya hookah with a cage. How perfect was that. My small one seemed like a fire hazard with the short hose and small tray leaving ashes going everywhere. At this point I have the new larger hookah at the register (larger bowl, tray and bigger longer hose). Grab some more shisha and out the door. Did buy some more coco charcoals not really sure they were the ones I had bought before. Cleaned it and prepared my hookah. Coals took literally 7 mins. Started with one coal not a lot of smoke a lot of pull from me though. Added another coal..... We have a winner!!!!! This made my weekend. My little hookah will be used only when traveling. Oh the coco coals are awesome!!!! Burnt my finger thinking because it was black that it was not lit. This place has all you need and more. Great quality of items with a large selection. If you want any CBD products they are very well stocked and the glassware section is an awesome collection to choose from. The lady working at the front counter was super upbeat, welcoming and ready to answer any questions and she helped me make a selection of a small bubbler. The prices are really good!! Most pipes were less than $20 and my awesom Bubbler was only $27 which is a great deal considering it is good glass and quality not a piece of crap off of amazon. I've changed my vaping style a few times over the years, and Elizabeth has always been helpful in guiding me on the type of mod I should get as well as how long to expect my coils to last. As the vendors for juices change up, I'm able to come in and she remember the types of juice that I enjoy and points out new options for me (I've never been steered wrong either!). They also have CBD products like gummies and pre-rolls, which, after talking with Elizabeth, helped me in finding the right options for both myself and my achy grandmother.
