I've changed my vaping style a few times over the years, and Elizabeth has always been helpful in guiding me on the type of mod I should get as well as how long to expect my coils to last. As the vendors for juices change up, I'm able to come in and she remember the types of juice that I enjoy and points out new options for me (I've never been steered wrong either!). They also have CBD products like gummies and pre-rolls, which, after talking with Elizabeth, helped me in finding the right options for both myself and my achy grandmother. Eventually we had to ask their help to explain some plans and we were told to research it a little bit and come back the next day. THEN after we decided for ourselves what we wanted and started getting rung up, we weren't asked if we needed phone protection, extra accessories, even the battery deal. Finally, the one gentleman nice enough to ring us up, while the other two were talking to friends or on the laptop, decided to make us take an extra half hour to get the phone turned on and ready because he forgot to originally. I've worked at the same Radioshack before and had much success making money by interacting with the customers. These people acted like they were annoyed and uninformed. I won't shop here for about another year when there's a whole new set of employees.
