Delivered TV when they said they would. Unboxed, installed stand, and set it in place. Turned on to check that it worked. Took away box and packing. Completed installation to theater surround system and other components myself. Only hiccup in the installation was due to the width of the stand. We had planned on swapping our two original TVs and placing the new TV on our 41¾" table. The big screen store stand online measurements make no sense and Samsung lists it as 40" wide. It is actually 42¼" wide. We decided we were fine with putting the new TV where the TV we were disposing of was. Delivery people took this change in plans in stride.

The first thing of note was how good Patrick's quote was when he sent it to me. His pricing was fair, and his detail and thorough approach to making a proposal were top notch. Everything was in it...including diagrams and photos. He does a complete breakdown of labor and hardware costs so you can tell what you are getting for your money. If, like me, you are providing the cameras or NVR, he helps you understand where your part ends and his begins. He also was very quick to get back to me and keep in contact as I was making my decision between him an other vendors. In the end, obviously I went with Patrick...and his price was not the lowest in fact. His professionalism was what tilted me in his direction. We made a few adjustments to the proposal so by the time he came in, there were almost no details left to work out. That is always a good sign. I'm very glad I made that decision. Hey and Indy did a great job taking care of our home as they worked. The camera's went up and they look as they they were originally a part of the house design. The doorbell also looks original. It was said to be top of the line and we had no reasons to believe this Bespoke set would not only look good but also perform well. Our dishwasher is on its second repair and now 3 weeks after the second issue we are being told it's another three weeks before the part even arrives! The main oven has a broken off hinge inside the door and it can not be opened so obviously it can't be used. They repair men stated the 4 parts he needs to repair the door are being ordered but there is no date of when then will arrive. We could use the microwave but it's difficult to see and time as the hour numbers no longer work!! We can make use of the minute display :( Lastly the finish on the edge of the top door of the wall oven is flaking off. It's so upsetting to see such poor quality construction of these once beautiful appliances. If the parts for repair are all this difficult to acquire, maybe they should have made the appliances more durable or just change change the price point so there could be some value to be had.

Absolute GEM of a store, with quality folks working behinds the scenes to make things happen. Ordered a large TV that was shipped via tractor trailer in about one week, the item arrived perfectly packaged, and the extra care they took with thin sheets of wood to protect the front and rear is an incredible customer service gesture. I received photos of the TV in the test area to show it in working condition, and photos of it on a skid securely banded, so i knew exactly how it was coming to me. After visiting The Big ScreenStore I will never go somewhere else to purchase a TV and Surround system again. I had been dealing with another retailer that turned into a fiasco. With Jason at the Big Screen Store I made the purchase, and later on that week they were there to do the install leaving with a system ready to go. Actually I never expected things to go so smoothly. It was never that smooth with the other retailer, so I was expecting the same type of service . Nothing could be further from the truth. We have been buy flat screen TV's from the Big Screen Store for about 14 years and we have had amazing service from them, my most recent purchases have put them over the top! Recently we are finishing up on building a new house in Southwest Florida. Unfortunately there are no Big Screen Stores in Florida, however, I still wanted to purchase from them, Terry, our salesperson, made sure that I got the best pricing on all 6 of the flat screens and 3 sets of sound bars that Samsung offered. I bought a beach community investment property. I needed 3 TV's. While my wife was driving us home from the airport, I looked up the website. I found they were having a sale on 2021 TV's. Everything had worked ok, it was just that it kept turning off from overheating. After waiting, I got a call that the ps5 isn't sending a signal through the hdmi port. Something about the hdmi not receiving enough power from the mother board, from what I remember. They offered to swap the hdmi to see if that works, to which I said ok. But it didn't. They handed it back saying that it's unrepairable. It turned from cleaning out a ps5 to being unrepairable. At least they had good customer service, and they said they refunded since it wasn't repairable. Which at least that is good. I didn't want my friend to have to spend money on buying a completely new console so I tried a different place. I took it to a place called console repair store. I should've taken it there before considering the name. I knew about it, but forgot about it. They not only did a cleanout, but had said the hdmi wasn't even soldered on correctly, along with it being crooked. Unlike UbreakIfix they aren't a corporation that's constantly changing technitions. It's just one very good technition from what I saw.

I had made it clear that I needed to delete my data before any work began, but they dismissed my concern entirely. When I visited the store, Jarrett refused to let me see my own computer. After nearly 20 minutes of unnecessary back-and-forth, a supervisor finally allowed me to check it--and to everyone's surprise, I powered it on instantly. That proved no one had even attempted a real diagnosis or repair. The "won't turn on" label was simply a way to close the ticket without doing the work. When I returned on November 6, 2025, after receiving a replacement device, Jarrett's behavior was even worse. He was rude, dismissive, and disrespectful, even after I called Asurion right there in the store and confirmed my active coverage. He refused to perform basic check-in steps, accused me of trying to get free service, and then walked away mid-conversation to help another customer. It was blatant disregard and poor customer treatment. The only reason my visit didn't end in complete frustration was because Jake--who witnessed the interaction--stepped in, answered my questions in a few minutes, and allowed me to leave with clarity. Jarrett's attitude and lack of professionalism have no place in customer service. This isn't an isolated issue; it reflects a pattern of poor management, inadequate training, and failure to uphold even basic service standards. I would never recommend anyone visit this location. If management doubts this account, the store cameras will clearly show how Jarrett treated me as a paying customer. He should be removed from customer-facing duties immediately, as his actions damage both the uBreakiFix and Asurion brands.

I ordered two roller shades. The salesperson, Kelly, was very nice. Then, a person came to measure…read morethe windows for the shades. I picked up the shades from the store. I am handy (e.g., able to replace ceiling fan with light) and went to install the shades. Four screws for each window with clear directions, easy, right? The shades did not fit into the brackets provided. I contacted Blinds to Go, and having them do the installation would cost me $82.50. If the shades did not fit, they would reorder at their cost, but I still had to pay the $82.50. The installer, Carlos, was able to install the shades. Carlos had to use a special screw and could only get one screw in one bracket on each window. The shade measurement should be done so the homeowner can install it according to the instructions! The Customer Service Department called me to collect payment. I gave them a credit card number, not once but twice, and it "did not go through" twice. I gave another card number, again, not once but twice, and twice, it "did not go through." There were FOUR attempts to enter a credit card, and the person could not do it. I verified both cards afterward, and there were no problems with the cards. I will not deal with Blinds To Go. The product was made so the homeowner could not install and the Customer Service Department was inept.
