Ron, of Cook's TV installed our TV system and house wide sound system 20+ years ago and provided…read moreexcellent follow up service. However we were forced toward Direct TV. Recently we had reception problems and the online Direct TV service representative was unable to solve the problem and we were told that a service rep. could not come for 1 1/2 weeks + we needed a new control box ($100) and we needed a 2 year service contract (approximately $9.99/mo.) Faced with being without TV for 1 1/2 weeks I called COOK'S TV and Jen answered, consulted with service man, James, and immediately sugested resetting the Direct TV control box. Within 2 minutes the Cook's TV team solved our problem and negated the anticipated extra Direct TV expenses. Cook's TV proved to us again how competent and customer oriented they are!! THANK YOU COOK'S TV. Wayne F

I want to express how impressed I am with the technical and engineering skills of George Clifford…read more His strong commitment to helping his customers achieve their technology goals has been life-changing for a family in my neighborhood. There is no broadband Internet service in our subdivision and like many of us this family had terrible Internet service from a primary cell company; they couldn't complete online homework assignments or make clear telephone calls. George suggested they try a new internet technology and service provider, once they made the change George recommended they were able to do online homework, make clear phone calls, now they are streaming movies!! Well done, George and Sight & Sound!

The first thing of note was how good Patrick's quote was when he sent it to me. His pricing was fair, and his detail and thorough approach to making a proposal were top notch. Everything was in it...including diagrams and photos. He does a complete breakdown of labor and hardware costs so you can tell what you are getting for your money. If, like me, you are providing the cameras or NVR, he helps you understand where your part ends and his begins. He also was very quick to get back to me and keep in contact as I was making my decision between him an other vendors. In the end, obviously I went with Patrick...and his price was not the lowest in fact. His professionalism was what tilted me in his direction. We made a few adjustments to the proposal so by the time he came in, there were almost no details left to work out. That is always a good sign. I'm very glad I made that decision. Hey and Indy did a great job taking care of our home as they worked. The camera's went up and they look as they they were originally a part of the house design. The doorbell also looks original. I would absolutely work with Patrick again and most likely I will.
