Went online to the website and made an appointment at 8:53 AM figuring it was a longshot that they would actually be able to accommodate my 12 noon request and voilà-Joe comes to the rescue! He calls me and lets me know he's en route to my location and would call me upon arrival, which he surely did. He came upstairs to my office, fixed my screen, provided me with another screen protector at a relatively minimal cost and he even helped me and my crazed self become untangled from my necklace and headphones (don't ask!). Joe was super cool, personable and most importantly-fast! 20 mins later, screen was fixed and he was on his way. I honestly think he was finished sooner than he called me but was giving me a few more minutes because I was so frazzled. Excellent customer service and job well done. The other night, I dropped a 10lb weight on my phone which bypassed the tempered glass screen protector and shattered the actual screen. I came in at 7:30pm. Chris mentioned the store would close at 8pm but would get to work right away and try to complete the job quickly. He did just that! My screen was fixed and I had a functional phone that night. The next day, I noticed the home button was slightly popped out. I called Cell Phone Doctor/ Chris who recommended I come in. Again- I was in and out in 30 minutes. I know if there was multiple phones being worked on, I wouldn't be in-and-out as quickly; but the haste was greatly appreciated. They do offer a military discount on labor. Note to the store owners- I hope you are taking care of Chris because he deserves to be a highly paid employee! He is professional, knowledgeable, and an outstanding ambassador of the business.

Now I just brushed them off because I knew I had made the cutoff because it was way before 6 and the driver was just getting there. Mind you, I dropped off a package a few days before and was told by the short small lady that as long as it is before 6, then all is good. When I look, I see that the package has sat in the store the ENTIRE weekend. That means it didn't get picked up until Monday!! So this store deliberately let this package sit for 2 SWEEPS just because I asked if I made the cutoff. Yes, stores get swept on Saturday too!! My package shows a Wednesday delivery. Now when I bought the label, I was told a TWO DAY delivery. It has ALWAYS taken 2 days for my packages to be delivered to this location. This store has already made me loose the business of a state representative because of their delayed shipping, now I have to refund this order to a client because of nasty staff trying to be funny. Like I said, I've tried my best to give this store the benefit of the doubt, but it is the ABSOLUTE WORST and I do not recommend if you need your packages sent. Go to Prince Frederick. After the new screen was installed, my screen would be nonresponsive randomly throughout the day for anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour. It happened each day after phone repair. I brought the phone back in to get the screen replaced again with the correct phone. This time, when I came back, the manager opens the store an hour late. I informed him I needed to come back another day as I couldn't continue to wait. As I was driving my children to an event, the manager called me to ask me to come back. I informed him I could not due to my schedule and he became aggressive and belligerent to the point that my children were afraid for me.
