Let me start by saying staff is super friendly at 9am... wish they had more retail locations for home products. A few months ago I changed my cable plan which I had to get another router to support the plan. I bought my Verizon router so it was not bad to do this part. What they didn't do was change my extender to go with the router. Fast forward to this month I go to exchange the router now they want to charge me $10 a month or $199 to buy the extender which was FREE before in my plan. Totally screwed me on this one. read more

Could not find a repair ticket number which had been issued by Verizon Fios on email and in text (I showed them both). No offer to make the call to find my order or rectify their mistake. Verizon said they could get me an Apple Watch by trading in my old Apple Watch that was broken and get $185 off (and I asked do I still get $185 off if my watch is broken and they said yes) and then they said I have to pay the $185 a few days later once the Watch came into the store which was such a scam. read more

Be careful when purchasing one of their lifetime warranties on a screen protector. Purchased a Pure Gear screen protector from them. If I had any issues just bring it back and we will replace it. They tell me I have to go online and get the replacement through Pure Gear. No Problem ( I understand ) Contacted Pure Gear and paid for replacement over a month ago. ( Still no replacement ) Called Cellular Sales ( Talked to Branson ) Was told he is to busy to deal with my problem, just contact Pure Gear and handle it myself. I order items from California online and receive them in under a week through the postal Service. I did not realize Cellular Sales motto is; PROMISE THE CUSTOMER ANYTHING AND GIVE THEM NOTHING. read more

He was so helpful with explaining all of my questions about the device, prospective plan changes, and more. I've signed up for new phone and a new line for my Dad. The rep that we spoke with was either incompetent or a liar. The rep told us the new phone we got was free of charge for new customers with new line based the promotion that was going on. I've found out after we got our first bill, that it wasn't free. They charged us extra $30 spread across 24 months. Second, I specifically told the rep to include International calling. I must have stated this 3 times and the rep told us it was completed. My Dad called internationally several times and when we got the bill, we were charged total of over $300. The monthly cost for the phone is around $80 and I found out when I called Verizon rep about the cost, they said it was due to International calling and that my Dad's plan did not include International calling plan that I specifically asked when we were at the store. Never doing business with this company ever again. read more

I've been here a few times. Staff always helpful. I went today because the new phone I got was being a pain. They fixed the problem quickly. In and out within 10 minutes. The store is always clean with nice displays. The store is very close to home which is nice. read more

DONT SHOP HERE! THIS IS NOT A VERIZON CORPORATE STORE!!!!! There is a big difference between corporate owned and operated vs Verizon Wireless "authorized retailer."Verizon's corporate stores have a standardized 30 Worry Free Guarantee policy that offers a new phone or money back. The return policies of authorized retailers may differ (I had 15 days - which wasn't long enough to realize what a piece of crap they sold me!). Authorized retailers can offer different prices (my phone cost more=higher monthly payments) on phones and accessories, while VZW direct agents have standardized pricing (and they don't get incentive kickbacks like "Authorized Retailer" agents). Only corporate locations can offer VIP upgrade discounts if you're enrolled in the program, and not all authorized retailers honor the Early/Annual Upgrade option. Go to Harbor Center store or the Kiosk in Annapolis Mall. They are the "real" stores, and you are treated fairly there. Can't say the same for this place! You've been warned! read more

Awful experience!!! I bought the Tech protect warranty a few years back, when I went to actually use the plan last week I found out all of the Terms and Conditions had changes with ZERO notice. The Warranty that started as replacement with a new device at the store is now replacement with a "mixed stock of refurbished devices" mailed to you with no guaranty of quality. On top of the decrease in warranty quality/coverage the cost remains the same. I will never be using Cellular Sales again and I would strongly urge anyone else to find an actual Verizon wireless store instead of "authorized retailer". To put the icing on the cake the customer service department was not helpful at all while trying to get better information about this change. read more
