Try to make you feel good giving you 15%off which brings the price to $254.95. But when I got home and looked on the manufacturers website, the product was being sold for $175.95 with FREE additional equipment to go with it. After going back to the store and talking to the salesperson. She had to fill out a form and gave it to the owner of the store. I literally bought a bag from here and returned it tags on unused within the next day and they gave me an UNTAXED GIFT RECEIPT (so less than what I paid, ILLEGAL!!!!) with an expiration date of 6 months away? I understand this is a smoke shop with a return policy but I didn't buy glass I bought a bag that I never opened, used or took the tags off of. Not only that who give out store credit with an expiration date? I went back to the store and spoke with a "manager" if you can ever call them that since the owners give no one the authority to properly handle customer service relations. Said manager took my number and assured me the owners would receive the info but also told me how "shady" they are and that they "do this often". They legit stole from me! Not only did they give me a difficult time getting the fucking store credit it WAS NEVER EXPLAINED THAT IT EXPIRES!!! And I moved cross country and came back to visit and buy smoke accessories only to be rudely awakened. I normally frequent this shop for various needs but, after trying to return a scale that I bought a couple of weeks ago that didn't come with a receipt due to the machine being down in the store. There was no offer to meet me half way with my return. Not even store credit "No receipt, can't help you. I can't accept the return without a receipt" is what I was told by the store clerk. I can't be the first customer that has encountered this problem. It's total IMO since it was no fault of my own. Nor was it communicated to me at the time of purchase that I couldn't return the scale without a receipt Based on this experience I won't be taking my business there anymore and will tell potential customers / friends to shop elsewhere where there is a better return policy geared towards customer satisfaction read more

My first purchase of an Atmos D/W was defective out of the box. Not their fault however, they would not return only exchange/store credit. This was somewhat upsetting as they do not have this policy posted, and I no longer needed the device. So I exchanged it for an e-cig with all the bells and whistles and some liquid. Aside from this issue, I was inquiring as to the price of several different items in their inventory, from glass to papers to vapes, and accessories (wax containers, slick mats, bowl savers etc) and found that on average they charge 2-3X as much as internet shops do. While I understand that an actual store has more overhead, I still feel that they should try to be slightly more competitive. i.e. Micro G Pen 149.99..... WTF?!?! read more

I had an extremely awful experience with this shop. I purchased a bong online on a Saturday because it said it was open, but it was not. I called Monday for a refund. Tuesday I called to confirm the refund was processed and I was told that it had been "processed yesterday". Six days later I get a notification saying my return had been processed and a refund has been issued. After checking my bank, I called them to let them know that I STILL hadn't received my refund even though I received notification that it was just processed and I was informed it would take a few days to receive it as it was just issued. This is when I asked the employee why he would lie to me and tell me it was processed last week and he completely denied telling me that it was. I will never shop here again and I will never recommend it to anyone. I was dismissed and lied to by the staff and manager. I am extremely disappointed with my experience. read more

I like the shop and the male employees seem cool but the short, fat female I sometimes see, has a problem with black men. I come in with money and she still gives me dirty looks. To all black men, just deal with the male employees because they don't seem to have a problem like the female one did. I've been to the shop 3 times. The last time was earlier this year. I bought the hemp blunt wraps. I no longer shop there because I order the wraps online and the come to my home. I will never step foot in their again because of the short, fat, white girl who seems to have an attitude with me when I enter the store. The pricing at this location is outrageous, in terms of electronic cigarettes. I went into the store today and was given a lot of good information by the Corey, the salesperson. I ended up purchasing a Kanger Subix Mini Starter kit, based on his recommendations. Later that day, upon searching for reviews online, I discovered that you can buy this kit at LITERALLY ANY OTHER ESTABLISHMENT for $50, no more than $65 at the high end. The price at Mr. Smoke? $95. That is an insane mark up. And their return policy is store credit only. I guess I could have sat there in the store and started to google all these items as he was showing them to me, but in my experience, most stores like this don't blatantly try to rip you off and I took what I was being sold in good faith.
