The staff is very friendly and the store is clean. I have bought 2 bubblers here and both have broken at the seam, they sell very subpar glass. The pictured bubbler broke while being set down. BEWARE CHEAP LOW QUALITY GLASS read more

Mr Smoke - LOW QUALITY PIPES - Tobacco Shops Near Me - Elkridge, Maryland

My all-time favorite smoke shop. The employees are super helpful, informative and friendly. It always smells so nice from the incense, not over powering. I would come here even if it wasn't the closest one to me. I'm just lucky for now! read more

Mr Smoke - Cashier Area - Tobacco Shops Near Me - Elkridge, Maryland

Mr. Smoke was suggested to me when I could not find what I needed in a local dispensary. There was a bit of a wait as only one person was working but the vibe is so chill that I was cool just looking around. Tons of inventory and the worker was very helpful in helping me choose a rig that was within my budget but still good quality. I'm sure I could find most of what I want online but supporting a local business is always a good look. read more

Mr Smoke - The Honey Worx....Bees Knees glass oil rig custom - Tobacco Shops Near Me - Elkridge, Maryland

Make sure you compare prices. Prices close to $75 higher or more than the website price of the product you purchased. Mr. Smoke $299.95. Try to make you feel good giving you 15%off which brings the price to $254.95. But when I got home and looked on the manufacturers website, the product was being sold for $175.95 with FREE additional equipment to go with it. After going back to the store and talking to the salesperson. She had to fill out a form and gave it to the owner of the store. She said he would call me or email me back...5 days later I pretty much got an email back saying to pound sand. Nothing he can do. This is how you treat repeat customers. read more

Overpriced. Lousy "customer service". Pieces weren't the greatest either. On two (seperate) occasions, majority of my questions were responded with "I'm not sure".... Ridiculous. read more

If I could rate higher I most definitely would! My boyfriend and I have become regulars here! Best Smoke Shop in our opinion with an awesome staff who are kind, cool, courteous and willing to work with you. They'll work with you whether it's helping to meet your spending price range, or if your looking for something specific and they don't have it, they'll make sure to get it ordered in for you asap. We definitely 100% recommend Mr. Smoke so if you've never been, your missing out and should go check it out. You won't be disappointed! read more

Shop around first .... alot of good head shops in the area Ok ...... First off I spent $400+ 2 weeks ago and just last night my small 25$ part broke off my rigg . So i called " mr smoke " and theres NOTHING THEY CAN DO . I would have been happy with 5 percent off of my next purchase ( wich would have been today ) I take excellent care of everything I own because I work so hard for ..... So much for trying a new store out ..... Update !!!!! 12/18/15 so everyone deserves a 2nd chance right ? So I went to buy a grinder and guess what ... Broken . The magnet came out and now the screen is starting to fall apart ..... 50$ wasted ....... Oh yeah 1 guy on. Friday night? Full store of people 15 minute wait read more

Went to the shop to get some papers. Had a great experience because they honored my CP voucher.

Excellent selection at fair prices and friendly staff. Sign up for the rewards program.

Great customer service, stay tuned for the feedback on the product! . S/O to Ms. Monica for explaining the product I purchased to me like a child read more

Stopped by this place while passing through. They have a wide variety of goodies! Grace, the store rep, took care of us and made sure we got all that we needed. It was a great experience, I will be back when I'm in town. Thanks read more

Really a nice looking store and the employees are nice but the prices are way to high for the pipes they are selling. I think they are trying to pass off import glass as American made. I really don't care where my glass pipe comes from but please don't try to lie to me. There are much better shops in the area with better selection and prices. read more

I literally bought a bag from here and returned it tags on unused within the next day and they gave me an UNTAXED GIFT RECEIPT (so less than what I paid, ILLEGAL!!!!) with an expiration date of 6 months away? I understand this is a smoke shop with a return policy but I didn't buy glass I bought a bag that I never opened, used or took the tags off of. Not only that who give out store credit with an expiration date? I went back to the store and spoke with a "manager" if you can ever call them that since the owners give no one the authority to properly handle customer service relations. Said manager took my number and assured me the owners would receive the info but also told me how "shady" they are and that they "do this often". They legit stole from me! Not only did they give me a difficult time getting the fucking store credit it WAS NEVER EXPLAINED THAT IT EXPIRES!!! And I moved cross country and came back to visit and buy smoke accessories only to be rudely awakened. I will give every horrible review I can since apparently there's nothing else I can do about this. Thanks for sucking mad dicks read more

I normally frequent this shop for various needs but, after trying to return a scale that I bought a couple of weeks ago that didn't come with a receipt due to the machine being down in the store. There was no offer to meet me half way with my return. Not even store credit "No receipt, can't help you. I can't accept the return without a receipt" is what I was told by the store clerk. I can't be the first customer that has encountered this problem. It's total IMO since it was no fault of my own. Nor was it communicated to me at the time of purchase that I couldn't return the scale without a receipt Based on this experience I won't be taking my business there anymore and will tell potential customers / friends to shop elsewhere where there is a better return policy geared towards customer satisfaction read more

Love the location. Very convenient for me! I've noticed very friendly and great all customer's when entering the store. Love the price's as well. read more

Scam they are selling pipes that break in a week and won't give you an exchange or refund. Stay away!

My first purchase of an Atmos D/W was defective out of the box. Not their fault however, they would not return only exchange/store credit. This was somewhat upsetting as they do not have this policy posted, and I no longer needed the device. So I exchanged it for an e-cig with all the bells and whistles and some liquid. Aside from this issue, I was inquiring as to the price of several different items in their inventory, from glass to papers to vapes, and accessories (wax containers, slick mats, bowl savers etc) and found that on average they charge 2-3X as much as internet shops do. While I understand that an actual store has more overhead, I still feel that they should try to be slightly more competitive. i.e. Micro G Pen 149.99..... WTF?!?! read more

So the people are great the pieces are OK but the prices are too much because the store is like doubling everything it sells a lot of stuff in here you can get online for way way way cheaper majority of the pieces in the store and are not even American. I know everything has to be marked up because you're in the store but this is really highway robbery here. read more

Great variety of items. Very friendly, knowledgeable and personable staff. I'll defintiely be visiting again.

Nice people ,nice place , new stuff all the time Refreshing collection for smokers Definitely recommend read more

I had an extremely awful experience with this shop. I purchased a bong online on a Saturday because it said it was open, but it was not. I called Monday for a refund. Tuesday I called to confirm the refund was processed and I was told that it had been "processed yesterday". Six days later I get a notification saying my return had been processed and a refund has been issued. After checking my bank, I called them to let them know that I STILL hadn't received my refund even though I received notification that it was just processed and I was informed it would take a few days to receive it as it was just issued. This is when I asked the employee why he would lie to me and tell me it was processed last week and he completely denied telling me that it was. I will never shop here again and I will never recommend it to anyone. I was dismissed and lied to by the staff and manager. I am extremely disappointed with my experience. read more

I like the shop and the male employees seem cool but the short, fat female I sometimes see, has a problem with black men. I come in with money and she still gives me dirty looks. To all black men, just deal with the male employees because they don't seem to have a problem like the female one did. I've been to the shop 3 times. The last time was earlier this year. I bought the hemp blunt wraps. I no longer shop there because I order the wraps online and the come to my home. I will never step foot in their again because of the short, fat, white girl who seems to have an attitude with me when I enter the store. If other black men get the same treatment, I would not go there. Find somewhere else or order online like I do. read more

The pricing at this location is outrageous, in terms of electronic cigarettes. I went into the store today and was given a lot of good information by the Corey, the salesperson. I ended up purchasing a Kanger Subix Mini Starter kit, based on his recommendations. Later that day, upon searching for reviews online, I discovered that you can buy this kit at LITERALLY ANY OTHER ESTABLISHMENT for $50, no more than $65 at the high end. The price at Mr. Smoke? $95. That is an insane mark up. And their return policy is store credit only. I guess I could have sat there in the store and started to google all these items as he was showing them to me, but in my experience, most stores like this don't blatantly try to rip you off and I took what I was being sold in good faith. Don't make the same mistake as me, go to any other vape shop and pay a reasonable price for your vaping. read more

Guy was really knowledgeable, friendly and kind. Had unique shisha flavors and other helpful things. Will be back!

Owner is a clown who doesn't like to pay his bills after services have been provided. It's goes to his character as a person and a business owner. If he's shafting another vendor, good chance he's shafting his customers too. He has multiple locations, I'd stay away from them all. read more
