It's not bad enough that the store smells like a septic tank.... I purchased coils and pods 2 days ago, today I go to use the pods, they don't fit. After the guy who sold them to me said he wanted to be sure they were the correct ones, he even removed My old pod and coil to be sure. I went in today to return them and the stench of pure nearly gagged me, not to mention being told I couldn't get the correct ones because- I didn't check to make sure they were right. GTFOH! Because the staff doesn't know the products they sell, I lose! I'll be doing a charge back on the card I used! Steer clear of this place. I sure will and I'll pass the experience on so others don't either. Great way to do business. Lucky to have any business at all the way it smells, that should have been my que. My vape pen stopped working after a month. So after work I went to the shop that I bought it from to find 2 20-somethings playing video games and smoking out the shop. When I told the gentleman what happened and asked for options he said 'I'm sorry. That's the best we've got' so I left. I put vape into my Waze app and went to the next closest shop. The guy seemed annoyed that I had questions and that I didn't quite know what I wanted. At this point I'm disgruntled and thinking about buying a pack of cigarettes after 34 days. But I decided to try one more shop. I'm so glad that I did! Vape 180 is a cute little shop in a small strip on nursery Rd near G&M. Nick was very knowledgeable and patient. They let you try the liquids before you buy (which was a first for me because nowhere else that I've been offers that. $1 isn't much to ask to avoid smoking something that tastes like robitussin). They have a space on their wall where they have signed packs of cigs from people that traded them in. There was another staff member there who offered many tips and recommendations. Owner and employees alike are pathologic liars, always a sob story and stabs at their competition. Zero integrity and will literally do anything for a sale, including lying to the only customers they have left. Not a honest or respectful way to conduct business. Shame on this shop. House juice is also gross, and no, it's not really made by "the people who develop Willy Wonka candy" aka Nestle ‍ Get it together guys. They not only try to push sales on crap that you don't need or want but their prices are also exceedingly high in comparison to any other shop in Maryland. beware!! i have spent $600.00 dollars at this shop..and 2 of my vapes stopped working and 1 of them was a day old..they would not do anything for me they said policy was 24 hours!! the owner is never there but whoever he is which i will find out because he should be ashamed of himself. i reported it to better business bureau and also tried to get a hold of their suppliers since he would not make it right.i could understand if it were a one time thing but i was a good customer and it was not fair he flat out would not help me.i will update my findings from bbb once they file my claim. read more
