He was friendly and helped me find what i was looking for in one of their many cases. TONS of items for all kinds of tobacco, vape or other smoking needs. After I had made my purchase, he even offered me a free drink from their cooler! I will be making this my go to store for any of these purchases going forward. Nice guy and refreshing to know that there are still shop runners who want to help and be friendly. Every other Des Plaines store I went to I was essentially glared at until I bought something or left and NONE of them were as friendly as the gentlemen working the counter at City. After the guy who sold them to me said he wanted to be sure they were the correct ones, he even removed My old pod and coil to be sure. I went in today to return them and the stench of pure nearly gagged me, not to mention being told I couldn't get the correct ones because- I didn't check to make sure they were right. GTFOH! Because the staff doesn't know the products they sell, I lose! I'll be doing a charge back on the card I used! Steer clear of this place. I sure will and I'll pass the experience on so others don't either. Great way to do business. Lucky to have any business at all the way it smells, that should have been my que.
