The whole point of buying vape equipment from a shop is that the can refund or fix if something goes wrong on it. My mod which i bought there, was under 2 months old and won't fire. I brought it back, they said they couldn't fix it and tried to sell me a more expensive one. I could have bought the same mod online for 20 bucks cheaper but I thought the customer support would be worth it. Save your money and the drive and buy your equipment online, these guys either don't know or don't care. read more

I walked into Vape Chalet four days ago and greeted the store clerk, Daniel, with the phrase "I'm here to quit smoking!" Daniel was so helpful and knowledgeable about their products. I told him I didn't know anything about vapes, and he immediately jumped into showcasing their inventory: showing me box mods and tanks by name, explaining wattage to me, etc. Over the course of an hour and a half, he explained the ins and outs of a vape to me, helped me pick out juice, and showed me everything I needed to know: even how to prime my coil and fill my tank! I ended up buying a whole kit at Vape Chalet, including spare batteries and a 2 month supply of juice. Daniel even helped me pick out what level of nicotine based on how many cigarettes I tended to smoke in a day! And a supercool detail about this shop: they have tester vapes (with sanitary disposable mouthpieces) where you can actually try out the juice before you buy it! Daniel's parting words to me were a challenge: "go three days vaping instead of smoking, and if you smoke a cig after that, it will taste horrible." He was completely right! The staff here is so helpful and takes the time to make sure understand what you are buying and how everything works. It's very clean inside and has local art for sale on its walls. It's not as crazy as other vape shops I have been to but the service is subpar! They offer basic tv, board games, I saw video game controllers as well. I'm not one to spend tons of time in these establishments but I'm sure if you where looking for a good place to hang you will find better conversation here than elsewhere! read more

Just pulled up to this place at 10:56 am and was turned away along with a stream of other people since it's not 11am. There were 6+ people standing in the shop, yet they couldn't open the door to let anyone in early. There was a large man sitting at the door turning people away like this was laurels hottest night club. Got back in the car and took my business elsewhere. If you can't open 4 minutes early when you have customers waiting you're making a mistake as a business owner. Never coming back. read more

If you're looking for customer service you won't find it here. Bought a brand new piece here & after ONE day it broke. & they said there was nothing they could do because it was used. After arguing (which I hate) he said oh well they do have a 3 day warranty... How nice to tell me. Eventually they swapped it out for the same one. But I don't want the same one because it's just gonna break it again.... Customer service sucks. As a long time customer I won't be returning here. read more

I've been buying hardware here for a while. Great store, good selection and fair prices. Tonight though made me write this review of 5*. I realized I was on my last atomizer coil and it was starting to go. I drove over to the store to find I'd missed their closing by 20 minutes due to hours changing the day before Thanksgiving (Completely understandable). At the locked store front I showed I was upset that I'd missed em and a guy from the parking lot yells "Do ya know what ya need?" I tell him, he lets me in, gets my coils, and rings me up. I needed badly to quit smoking and wanted something to take its place and help me out. I had quit several times before with everything on the market. Nothing worked and by day three of quitting smoking I was sneaking a cig or two to take the edge off. In the end nothing worked. I did a little research, as I was one person who enjoyed smoking, and found vaping had worked for a lot of people. What the heck I would give it a try! I went to Vape Chalet and was greeted like family. I told them what I wanted to do, but I really had no clue. The staff was so concerned about my desire to quit smoking and they hooked me right up. They made certain I understood the entire process and then had me promise no sneaking cigs for four days and I promised. I am so glad I did! It's been over one week and no cig sneaking, just vaping my menthol. There were a few rough moments, but so far I am doing great and have no desire to smoke a cig.
