The shop owners are very friendly and take the time to listen to what you are looking in order to match you up with a product that best fits your needs. They are not pushy in sales and let you make your own decisions. They simply offer suggestions and educate you on the differences between each product they offer. They have a very large verity of vapes and a wide selection of glass. When I have had issues with a product,(battery stoped working) they offered a special deal on a new replacement.
