Went in for a vape an ask for a non nicotine vape an owner sold me one with nicotine inside not the smartest shopper and also my fault for not looking at the box after buying something similar a few days ago that's non nicotine. I didn't notice til I got in the car an opened it but by then it was to late. I tried to exchange an the owner said I couldn't because that's what I pointed at after me telling him I don't want nicotine multiple times. Not the best for Vapes and Cigars. read more

Spur of the moment thought I'd go get a vaporizer. The guy at the counter showed the choices - none of the high end vaps were out of the package so I couldn't see what was included. He told me the PAX was "the best there is," and "the latest model." And I bought one for $300 even though I couldn't open the box and see what it included. I know, not the smartest shopper but I had to have one right now. Turns out the PAX in not the latest and not the best -- there's a PAX2 out with better features. You can buy the older PAX for $150-$200 online. I feel so ripped off. Don't go there. Don't believe anything the guy tells you. Compare prices online before you buy. read more

I was looking at stores that sell the juice I like. I am very particular because many vape shops do not allow you to taste before buying or accept refunds. I called around and they were the only shop that had Naked juices. I've seen higher prices for these juices, sold at $20 online not including S&H, so $23 is very fair. The two younger employees were very helpful and recommended some other juices that they thought I would like. Very knowledgeable and will be coming back! I normally leave any equipment to online so I can't comment on anything but juice. Large selection and definitely worth a visit! read more

Bad service, owner doesn't identify that his tanks and mods are clones. Even if you did ask, I'd be inclined to believe he will lie to you. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING NOT IN A MANUFACTURED BOX. This store knows who is a smoker and who isn't. They will tell you anything to get a purchase. Over the summer I bought an electric grinder and it was $25 and it ended being a spice grinder sold at food stores. A couple of days ago I bought a pen and when I came back and told them something was he insisted it was my cartridge and that it was broken. I went to another smoke shop a real one and bought another pen and it worked fine. They will try to get things sold. If you're considering this vape place, DO NOT!!!! If I could have given no starts i would have. I bought a Snoop Dogg G Pen from this place a few months back, and before I purchased I was told it would burn wax, oil, and dry. $50 later and it didn't take wax or oil. I called they said no returns, so that was that. I decided to give them another try because I needed a new battery and I could go on my lunch break. When I went in I explained what had happened previously, and that I was skeptical. The foreign guy who runs the place then blew me away when he came back with "IF YOU DON'T LIKE ANYTHING DON'T BUY IT." When all I was doing was telling him and seriously about to buy a new battery. THEN, I said "Wow you treat your customers really bad" and he responded with "SO? I DON'T CARE!" Then locked up what I was looking at in the middle of me looking.
