It was so hard to keep the heat from burning the shisha and the quick lights were going out very fast (2 in an hour). My first visit I was a little overwhelmed and just bought the coco charcoals and stuck them somewhere in my house. Today I figured I would just get a bigger tray and bigger bowl for my small hookah. Not to mention an additional hose. Well people were coming and going and I was all confused. The lady was like why don't you just buy a bigger hookah????? Duh Not what I had gone in for but it made sense. Looked at a larger Mya hookah with a cage. How perfect was that. My small one seemed like a fire hazard with the short hose and small tray leaving ashes going everywhere. At this point I have the new larger hookah at the register (larger bowl, tray and bigger longer hose). Grab some more shisha and out the door. Did buy some more coco charcoals not really sure they were the ones I had bought before. Cleaned it and prepared my hookah. Coals took literally 7 mins. Started with one coal not a lot of smoke a lot of pull from me though. Added another coal..... We have a winner!!!!! This made my weekend. My little hookah will be used only when traveling. Oh the coco coals are awesome!!!! Burnt my finger thinking because it was black that it was not lit. This place has all you need and more. Great quality of items with a large selection. Really good customer service. They seem to know their regulars.

When I returned, a different manager told me the veteran discount only applies to medical patients and also would also not apply to any promotions. The inconsistency was frustrating, and the brusque interaction with the manager was curt abrupt and unhelpful. Restricting veteran discounts to only medical patients makes absolutely no practical sense and makes the discount seem performative. Former service members know that being a veteran is being part of a brotherhood. Recognition and appreciation for our military service should not depend on whether we hold a medical card or not. For comparison, the nearby competitor dispensary (Rise) honors veterans across the board, applies their 22% discount on top of promotions, and their staff is consistently helpful and friendly. Verilife needs a more thoughtful approach to how they treat veteran customers.

Diego was our roller and he brought 3 kinds of cigars for our guests to choose from! Our guests were RAVING! Diego was so funny, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. We selected to have 50 prerolled cigars available and we went through all of them. They made a custom label for us and it all looked so so great. The cigars were also rolled on site and it was such a cool experience to have at our wedding. The price was fair and we 100% got our moneys worth! There's 3 display cases to choose your stogie of your choice, & all of the necessities to enjoy fully. If you choose to delight in house, you can sit amongst a small square table or in the recliners against the brick wall. The small layout provides a relaxing & quant indoor venue for the cigar enthusiasts. My OCD caught hand sanitizer, mints & some other grooming aids for the before & after of partaking in the chohibas....a classy VIP touch. I saw empty bottles of expensive libations, so my summation would be you can BYO, as I didn't see any products on display or for sale...if I missed it, my bad. & what great timing as soon as I walked into my building, my neighbor was walking out & I unexpectedly bestowed the foil bag & lighting accessories upon him.
